Personalità[]

Kiara è amichevole e energetiva, sempre aperta con i suoi sentimenti. Gli stanno molto a cuore i suoi amici e la sua famiglia, che gli mancano enormemente quando si trova all'estero. Anche se è energetica, ogni tanto caotica di natura e contentissima di poter collaborare, è segretamente molto timida. Qualche volta può sembrare che abbia un cervello di gallina, dimenticandosi cose o con la sua soglia dell'attenzione bassa. Preferisce giochi con obiettivi prefissati come RPG invece che Open World come Minecraft.

In un grafico dove i membri venivano giudicati in base all'intelligenza e purezza, Kiara è stata messa nel "bottom left" (in basso a sinistra) — zozzeria massima e ingenua. Tuttavia, sorprende spesso gli spettatori con momenti di gentilezza, compassione e saggezza intrinseca.

Takanashi Kiara è una fan di hololive da ben prima del suo debutto. Ha sentito per la prima volta parlare di hololive quando ha conosciuto Shirakami Fubuki, ed è successivamente diventata un'avida fan di Usada Pekora di cui vanta di aver visto ogni suo video su YouTube. Dopo molti problemi nella vita, Kiara è sfortunatamente emigrata in Giappone con una visa di sola andata poco prima dell'inizio della pandemia da coronavirus, lasciandola senza lavoro e impedendogli di tornare nel suo paese natale.

Il 23 Aprile 2020, a seguire del successo del gruppo Giapponese di VTuber hololive , Cover Corporation ha annunciato l'inizio di audizioni per membri di lingua Inglese.[9] Il round iniziale di audizione durò fino al 24 Maggio.[10]

Kiara ha scoperto delle audizioni per holoEN dopo il loro inizio, iscrivendosi circa a metà del periodo di audizioni. Ha scritto un copione per la sua audizione in un documento Word nel giro di due ore dopo un attacco d'ispirazione. Ha registrato numerose versioni di una cover musicale. Ha ricevuto una risposta qualche giorno dopo. Riuscì a superare il primo round entrando nel secondo e terzo, costituiti da delle chiamate al telefono. Kiara è riuscita a prepararsi al terzo round stimando quali tipi di domande gli avrebbero posto e da tutto il merito alla sua creatività. Anche se non si aspettava di venir selezionara, ha descritto la sua confidenza come fattore chiave nel suo successo.[11]

I membri di -Myth- hanno iniziato l'allenamento intorno a Giugno 2020, tre mesi prima del loro debutto.[12]

Il canale YouTube e l'account Twitter di Kiara sono stati creati il 16 Luglio.

L'8 Settembre 2020,[TZ] Takanashi Kiara was first revealed in a short promotional video alongside the other four members of hololive -Myth-. A simultaneous announcement was made at the hololive Twitter account, and the hololive English Twitter account.[13][14][15] She made her first tweet later that day.[16]

Debutto[]

Kiara ha fatto la sua stream di debutto il 12 Settembre 2020[TZ] ed il secondo membro di -Myth- a farlo. Il suo debutto è iniziato con la narrazione di un libro di favole da Mori Calliope, dove veniva raccontata la sua storia. Ha concluso il debutto cantando l'inno di hololive Shiny Smily Story, promettendo di render vero il sogno di Yagoo, ossia la sua visione originale di far sì che hololive divenisse un'agenzia di idol.[17]

2020[]

L'11 Ottobre, un mese dopo il suo debutto, Kiara ha celebrato i 300.000 iscritti su YouTube.[18]

Il 16 Ottobre, Kiara ha fatto la sua prima collaborazione con hololive Giapponese, giocando a Untitled Goose Game con Oozora Subaru. Questa è stata la prima collaborazione fatta tra hololive EN e hololive principale.[19]

Il 24 Ottobre, Kiara ha fatto la sua seconda collaborazione con un membro Giapponese di hololive, in questo caso: Momosuzu Nene. Hanno fatto una stream karaoke dove hanno cantato insieme.[20] Questa live è stata scaturita dal fatto che precedentemente, l'11 Ottobre, le due durante le proprie karaoke stream sui propri canali, per pure coincidenza hanno cantato la stessa canzone, ossia コネクト di ClariS allo stesso esatto momento.

Il 18 Novembre, Kiara ha annunciato il suo nuovo talk show, "HOLOTALK con Takanashi Kiara," che includeva lavori del suo sound designer e un video d'introduzione fatto da Watson Amelia. Ha anche annunciato il rilascio del suo primo singolo "HINOTORI," con cover art fatto dal suo illustratore Huke ed un video musicale prodotto da Mori Calliope. Ha anche annunciato un voice pack. sia il voice pack che il singolo sono state rilasciare il 26 Novembre.[21]

Il 20 Novembre, ha fatto il primo episodio del suo show "HOLOTALK con Takanashi Kiara" assieme a Houshou Marine come sua prima ospite.[22]

Il 22 Novembre, dopo consigli allo staff, ha ricevuto un aggiornamento al modello dandogli piccole migliorie all'espressioni facciali e del petto. Kiara è rimasta sorpresa del fatto che ora potesse fare una faccia sorpresa.[23]

Il 23 Novembre,ha raggiunto 500.000 iscritti su YouTube durante la stream "karaoke filo ai 500 mila iscritti!", rendendola il 23° membro di hololive a raggiungere il traguardo. Ha raggiunto i 500 mila prima della sua seconda canzone. Per pure coincidenza, Murasaki Shion ha raggiunto lo stesso traguardo qualche ora prima.[24]

Il 26 Novembre, ha rilasciato il suo primo singolo, HINOTORI.[25]

Il 9 Dicembre, il canale di Kiara è stato terminato, apparentemente per errore. Kiara ha dichiarato che tra poco sarebbe rinata e ha richiesto dei meme per commemorare l'occasione con l'hashtag #PhoenixDown. Questa è stata la prima volta che un account hololive è stato terminato da YouTube. Nel giro di 6 ore, il canale è tornato.[26][27]

Il 10 Dicembre alle 05:00 UTC (9 Dicembre US time), Kiara ha fatto un "redebutto" guardato da più di 30.000 persone dove Kiara ha ricreato fedelmente il suo debutto originale con qualche differenca, dicendo di aver perso la memoria. Ha chiamato gli altri membri di holoEN "senpai" (senior) e si è persino dimenticata di Calli. Il 7 Febbraio, Kiara ha annunciato il suo secondo singolo, "Heart Challenger,"[33] rilasciata il 14 Febbraio per farlo coincidere con San Valentino. Ha raggiunto 800.000 iscritti lo stesso giorno.[34][35]

A fine Febbraio, il canale di Kiara è stato shadowbannato da YouTube, e non appariva nelle ricerche e gli iscritti non ricevevano notifiche delle live. Ha preso una piccola pausa dallo streaming per tornare al suo paese natale. Lo shadowban si è dissolto il 4 Marzo ed il 5, ha fatto un "HoloDE Debut" il Tedesco mentre ha cantato la versione Tedesca di HINOTORI.[36]

Il 10 Aprile, Kiara ha raggiunto i 900.000 iscritti su YouTube durante un'altra maratona karaoke.[38]

Il 30 Aprile, l'account Twiter di hololive ha annunciato che ogni membro di holoMyth avrebbe ricevuto un secondo outfit.[39]

Il 4 Maggio, Kiara ha rivelato il suo secondo abito 2D, in questo abito Kiara ha i suoi capelli acconciati in due trecce. Dice di aver colorato il verde dei suoi capelli per mischiarsi meglio agli umani, ma non è riuscita a togliere completamente il colore. Il 30 Maggio, giusto prima della sua maratona di 12 ore, Kiara ha raggiunto il milione di iscritti, rendendola il 16° membro di hololive a raggiungere questo traguardo e la 5° ed ultima in holoMyth, rendendola la prima generazione dove ogni membro ha superato il milione di iscritti.[41]

Il 16 Giugno, ha collaborato con Nyatasha Nyanners nella prima collaborazione tra hololive x VShojo, che è stata streammata su YouTube e Twitch. L'evento ha attratto un picco di oltre 40.000 spettatori in entrambi i siti.[42]

Il 30 Novembre, Kiara ha ricevuto un nuovo accessorio per il suo secondo outfit visto che ora può indossare la sua mascot Kotori sulla sua bandana. Kiara ritiene che Kotori sia claustrofobico e a causa di ciò, non può combinarlo con qualsiasi altro accessorio da testa.[49]

Il 12 Dicembre, Kiara ha rivelato il suo terzo costume. Il suo vestito è rosso scuro, dal collo fino al petto è fatto di tessuto nero trasparente decorato con pezzi d'oro che ricordato la forma di una felice che vola, il petto è decorato da un fiocco viola scuro mentre un secondo fiocco è avvolto alla sua vita. Il 6 Gennaio, l'account Twitter di hololive ha annunciato che sia Myth che Council avrebbero ricevuto costumi di capodanno.[51]

Il 9 Gennaio, Kiara ha rilasciato il suo 4° costume 2D, un kimono per celebrare il nuovo anno. In questo abito, Kiara sfoggia due code di cavallo con punte gialle, tuttavia ha un'altra acconciatura a capelli slegati dove la sfumatura va dal verde al giallo, a sinistra tiene un fiorellino bianco. In questo outfit Kiara indossa orecchini dorati a forma di piume di fenice, ha dichiarato inoltre di star nascondendo le sue vere piume nei capelli. Il kimono è per la gran parte bianca con contorni arancioni con motivi floreali adornati da fenici e farfalle svolazzanti, mentre l'obi è rosa e turchese con un gran fiocco rosa stellato a destra. Kiara può anche indossare un pezzo simile a delle ali rosa, tenere un ventaglio nella mano destra il quale ha immagini di galline bianche, con un velo simile a quello dell'abito originale di Kiara, in basso sembra avere tante vaschette di pollo e bonsai.[52]

Il 20 Marzo, Kiara ha debuttato il modello 3D "hololive 3rd fes. Link Your Wish" giorno 2.[53]

Il 28 Maggio, ha rilasciato il suo quarto singolo "Fever Night."

Il 4 Giugno, come parte della sua partecipazione al Dokomi 2022, ha annunciato che avrebbe avuto un quinto costume 2D.[54]

L'11 Giugno, Kiara ha mostrato il suo 5° costume per celebrare il milione di iscritti. L'acconciatura scelta per questi vestiti sono due trecce arrotolate sulla cima della testa. Kotori è in cima alla sua testa assieme alla sua ragazza/ragazzo. Ci sono diversi fiori ad adornare i suoi capelli, mentre indossa un tradizionale dirndl austriaco con un corsetto verde con un motivo floreale e fasce bianche assieme ad una gonna dello stesso colore del corsetto. Il 17 ottobre, Kiara ha mostrato un nuovo modello chibi 3D da rana chiamata "Frogiwawa" o "Frogiara" ispirata alla sua serie "❁am zoo❁". Il 22 Ottobre, Kiara ha avuto una VR collab stream con Pomu Rainpuff di NIJISANJI EN. Questa è stata la prima collaborazione tra membri di hololive EN e NIJISANJI EN, in lavorazione da più di un anno.   • On 12 March 2021, as part of their six months celebration the holoMyth members announced that they would get an official BGM image soundtrack featuring Camellia, with a release date of 14 March. The song inspired by Kiara is titled "Krispy Fry-fry Party."[61]
  • On 23 June 2021, hololive's Japanese Twitter account announced that every holoMth member would appear in "Anime Expo Lite 2021."[62]
  • On 3 July, 2021, Kiara announced that she was named the brand ambassador for the upcoming game "Tales of Arise." This not only let her stream exclusive previews to the game, but also early access to the game.[63]

  • Kiara's mascot is named Kotori. Although the holoMyth mascots were initially revealed at debut, Kotori did not receive its name until the six-month Don't Starve collab stream, when the upcoming holoMyth mascot plushies were announced. The name Kotori is based on the kanji in Takanashi; the first two kanji,「小鳥」, are normally read "kotori," meaning "little bird."[72]
    • Kiara previously requested names for her mascot in a Minecraft stream, in which she began building her mascot on top of the chicken coop. Chat's original suggestion for the mascot's name was Colonel Kernel. Rejected names included Kicky Ricky.
    • Like the rest of the holoMyth mascots with the exception of Bloop, Kotori was designed by Ninomae Ina'nis.[73]

  • In Japanese, her name is written 「小鳥遊キアラ」.[80]
    • Her surname, "Takanashi," is written with the kanji for 小鳥, "kotori," meaning "little bird," and "遊," the root of "asobu," meaning "to play;" together meaning "little bird at play." It is read "takanashi," literally meaning "no hawks," a pun meaning that there must be no hawks for the little bird to play.[81] It is an example of nanori, or idiosyncratic readings of kanji which only appear in names.
    • This kanji spelling of Takanashi is uncommon, ranked the 50,808th most popular Japanese surname in 2013.[82] It is shared with anime characters including Takanashi Rikka, protagonist of the animated series "Chuunibyou Demo Koi ga Shitai", and Takanashi Yomi from Black Rock Shooter, a series created by Kiara's character designer Huke.
    • Her first name, "Kiara," is written in katakana, normally used for foreign words or names.

  • Kiara is a phoenix, a mythical fire bird creature who revives if killed.
  • In her introduction, her backstory stated that she would be reborn in a different dimension every time she dies. However, on 10 December 2020 during her "re-debut" stream, Kiara claimed to have mastered revival, as she was reborn again in the same dimension, which is fine by her as long as Calli is there.[83]
  • Her belt can turn her back into her phoenix form; as such, she is prohibited from using it.[84]
  • Kiara's hair can ignite when she's angry. In school, she would handle this by running to the bathroom and dunking her head in the toilet. She can control this better as an adult. Her belt helps prevent this from happening.[85]
    • Kiara has €500,000 in debt from unpaid fines for accidentally setting off fire alarms. Despite this, she managed to secure investment to launch KFP by just not telling anyone.

  • According to her introduction video, Kiara was born in a time before humans lived on Earth. This makes her potentially the oldest hololive member at the time of her debut, at least several hundred thousand to several million years old depending on the definition of "human" in the evolutionary tree.
    • Potentially older members include Ceres Fauna (4.54 billion years old), Tsukumo Sana (13.8 billion years old), Ouro Kronii (infinity), and Mori Calliope (who is the personification of an abstract concept and has no date of birth).
    • However, as Kiara is technically reborn every few centuries, it could be argued that Kiara was only born relatively recently.
    • Following her re-debut on 10 December 2020 JST, Kiara officially died and was reborn, technically making her the youngest hololive member at age 0. Himemori Luna was arguably joint youngest at age 0, but she would still be older than Kiara by two months until Luna's next 0th birthday of 10 October 2021.
  • Phoenixes live longer than humans. In Kiara's April 1st stream, Come closer and listen, youngling..., a grandma Kiara (nicknamed Kibaba) had lived for over 3,000 years. hololive had closed down by this point after being shut down by a mysterious organization.[87]
    • Predictions made by Kibaba included hololive Myth meeting in Japan (her favorite memory) and wearing matching pajamas (Kiara's idea), her original album, a holomyth concert featuring a very emotional slow version of Journey of a Thousand Years, and a Kiara solo live concert.
    • Future Kibaba has a second house for her 231 cats, including a new cat named Bonkers and an alien cat from Mars. Ina is still alive in this timeline and lives near Kiara, who cooks her food so she doesn't just eat cup noodle and sleep on the floor. Ame became part of hololive management before returning to time travel and hang out with aliens. Gura looks more grown-up and became president of Atlantis. Calli left Hell and became an angel instead. Yagoo commutes between Heaven and Hell because he's looking for someone in particular. Kiara saved Jenma's life by giving her one of her phoenix feathers. Twitter still exists in the future after KFP bought it out and changed the blue bird logo into an orange Kotori, but rivals Snapchat, TikTok and Instagram have shut down. The EN Curse is still active, but nobody ever found the cause.
  • Kiara's cats are also phoenix cats.

KFP[]

  • Kiara is the CEO of a fast food franchise called Kiara Fried Phoenix, or KFP for short.
  • Her employees are chickens. After a year, they are fried and served to customers. Kiara assures employees that the company's products are made with vegan chicken, and missing employees have merely been transferred to another branch.
    • After they are cooked, Kiara is able to return to life in a form similar to Kiara's mascot, Kotori.
    • Employees may choose their own salary, but they pay their salary to Kiara, instead of the other way around. Other employee benefits include German lessons, unlimited chicken nuggets for life, and Kiara will beat up anyone you have a beef with.
    • Employees are various sizes, with some small enough for Kiara to hold them in her hands. The largest employee on record is 69 metres (226 feet) tall, and is tasked with stomping rival fast food restaurants to the ground.
  • Kiara is known by the title tenchou, "store manager." Since KFP expanded from a single store to a franchise, her title should technically be shachou, company president; however, she still goes by "tenchou."
  • On 17 September 2020, Kiara announced the menu for KFP. It included the Phoenix Burger (chicken meat, salad, pineapple, BBQ sauce, onions, tomato, bacon, and mozzarella cheese); and the Yagoo Burger (two beef patties, salad, pickles, egg, cheddar cheese, secret seiso sauce, and onion rings). Fans subsequently actually made both burgers.[88][89]
    • On 3 April 2022, KFP revealed and updated menu. It included the new Kotori Burger, consisting of crispy fried chicken patty, lettuce, tomato x2, bacon, optional cheddar sauce, and a mayonnaise base sauce.
  • Kiara uses the hashtags #WOKE and #YOLK. As established during the Fire Emblem streams, these stand for Watch Only Kiara Everyday, and You Only Love Kiara. The history of #WOKE #YOLK was later detailed in the 2022 video 【KFP 101】Ep. 03: #WOKE #YOLK.
  • Kiara denies that KFP is a cult.
  • Kiara often threatens to send misbehaving employees to a place called the Usual Room. The Usual Room contains a jigsaw with one piece missing, screens which play Kiara music videos 24/7, and pro-KFP propaganda for "re-education". The floor is covered in Lego.
    • Someone once found the missing jigsaw piece and gave it to Kiara. She promptly destroyed it to maintain the status quo.
    • Each Usual Room is unique to the individual employee.
  • The notion that KFP employees are all chickens was popularized after a Minecraft prank by Gawr Gura on 15 November 2020, where she filled the back room of Kiara's KFP building with chickens. On 17 November, Ina was checking on the chickens when a creeper exploded in the KFP building, releasing the chickens. Ina attempted to return them to the room by staging a new employee orientation event.[90][91][92][93] Kiara found out three days later and "fired" Ina for killing chicken employees.[94]
  • Kiara's office at KFP headquarters appears in her superchat (tangent) reading streams.
    • Features of the office include Kiara's spare uniforms, a "Best Boss" mug, a Kotori mug, all five holomyth plushies, a Holotalk poster, VHS tapes of previous Holotalk episodes, vinyl singles of Kiara's original songs and covers, a fishbowl with Kiara's "am frog" by Mamaloni, a "menu ideas" board, TV screens showing Kiara's music videos and her original 2020 stream intro animation, a mousehole for Casper, books titled "How to Run a Business" and "How to Run a Cult for Dummies", Usual Room release forms (stamped "DENIED"), Kiara's sword, her cats Smoothie and Chonkers, a picture of the first Smol Myth collab, and framed pictures of Kiara with her oshi Pekora, O'Riends, Holobirbs, and holoMyth (labeled "FAMILY").
    • The office changes with the seasons. In spring, it has cherry blossom petals falling outside. A KFP employee can occasionally be seen throwing the petals.
  • All branches of KFP have ramps. This is partly for wheelchair accessibility, but also because it's fun to Naruto-run down the ramps.[95]
  • The chicken KFP employee who serves as DJ on Kiara's stage scene is named D. Chicken.

Preferenze e gusti[]

  • She likes fast food, adventures and hats. Kiara insists that fast food is healthy, and chicken in particular is very healthy. She claims to eat 53 pieces of chicken per day.
  • Her hobbies include singing, drawing, eating and fighting.
  • She dislikes scary stuff and one-sided feelings.
  • Her favorite senior member is Usada Pekora. Pekora noticed Kiara on her introduction stream, leaving her speechless. Kiara has watched every one of Pekora's archived streams. One of Kiara's objectives is to collab with the Japanese members, but especially Pekora.[96] Her collab with Pekora finally happened on 27 November 2020, in which Pekora took Kiara for a tour on the Japanese branch Minecraft server.[97]
  • Kiara's favorite games include the Tales of series, Atelier series, Arknights, Super Mario games and The Legend of Zelda.
  • As revealed during her "Karaoke till 500k subs!!!" stream her favorite anime is Bakemonogatari. Her second is A Certain Scientific Railgun, and Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is in her top five.[98] Her other favorite anime include A Certain Magical Index, Nichijou, Working!!, Minami-ke, Steins;Gate, Kannagi and Re:Zero.
  • Kiara's goals are to open a fast food restaurant, release original music, for people to make fanart or cosplay of her, collaborations with games, anime or conventions among others.
  • She doesn't drink.
    • This is referenced in her song Fever Night: "I don't need no drinks tonight / Gimme that beat, get me dancing."
  • Her favorite chocolate brands are Ritter Sport, Milka, Mikado, and Kinder.[99]
  • Her favorite German word is "oida," an Austrian slang word meaning "dude" or "hey."[99]
  • Her favorite hobbies are ice skating, swimming, and skiing.[99]

Takamori[]

  • During Mori Calliope's second live stream, Kiara expressed that she has a crush on Calli, much to Calli's dismay. This has to do with the fact that Kiara is immortal (unless she's eaten), so no matter how many times Calli would kill her, she'd always revive. This resulted in a ship later coined by Kiara as "TakaMori."
    • Kiara frequently referred to Calli as her wife and often showed obsessive interest. Kiara went as far as writing a ukelele song I Love Girls about her desire to marry Calli.
    • Calli would usually rebuff Kiara and even nicknamed her "kusotori," "shitbird." This was interpreted by some as a tsundere act, giving her the nickname tsundereaper. However, Calli was supportive of the #takamori hashtag.
    • Calli and Kiara's hypothetical child is nicknamed Clara Takamori. Clara appeared in Kiara's Sims playthrough.
    • During Kiara's redebut stream, in which she temporarily lost her memory, Kiara appeared to have temporarily forgotten Calli, saying "Who's Calli?". The same thing occurred the subsequent German re-debut, "Calli? Wer ist Calli?"
    • In September 2021, shortly after the debut of hololive Council, Kiara and Calli announced that they would tone down "Takamori."[100][101]

Varie[]

  • Kiara is multilingual, speaking English, Japanese, German (native speaker), and "Bird." As of early 2022 she is also learning Korean. She has stated that her English is not perfect, and has corrected Mori Calliope's Japanese. She has also promised to do some Japanese only streams.[102] She shares languages with the Evangelion character Asuka Langley Soryu, a Japanese-American who also speaks English, Japanese and German.
    • Kiara revealed that "bird" language is actually a pun that only works in Japanese. The Japanese for "trilingual," 「トリリンガル」, begins with "tori," meaning "bird."
  • Kiara is from Austria, a small German-speaking country in Europe. As a running gag, she would claim to be from "Australia" and wink. In January 2022, she ended the "Australia" joke, partly because many viewers incorrectly believed she was actually from Australia.[103]
  • Her birthday, 6 July, is National Fried Chicken Day in the United States.
  • Her loading screen, introduction video and narration were made by Mori Calliope, while Kiara made the art.[104] An alternate version of the intro video was later released with narration by Kiara.[105]
  • She is the third hololive EN member and ninth hololive member overall to join official Hololive Subreddit as a moderator.
  • Her catchphrase is 「キッケリキー!!」 (kikkerikii!). It is the german onomatopoeia for the cry of a rooster, but according to Kiara it is the sound made by a phoenix. Mori Calliope drew Kiara as a chicken saying "kicky ricky or whatever."
    • Her ending catchphrase is "Auf wiedersehen," a German farewell phrase.
    • When thanking donators, she says "danke schön," German for "thank you very much." She also uses "vielen dank," German for "many thanks." which viewers misheard as "feelin' dank." In bird language, "thank you" is translated as "pipipi."
  • Kiara is the first hololive member ever to have her channel terminated and then restored.[106]
  • She is left handed. Despite this, she is usually depicted wielding her sword in her right hand.
  • She suffers from asthma.
  • Kiara originally learned of hololive when she discovered Shirakami Fubuki.[76]
  • Kiara mentioned that she has a sister who is aware of her VTuber activities as after Kiara played The Sims 4 on stream, her sister sent her a meme about her.[107]
  • She uploaded her first meme video on 3 January 2021,[108] even though she said once that she isn't the type of making these kind of videos.
  • Kiara is currently the hololive English member with the most collabs due to her good Japanese speaking skills.
  • She was both the last guest of Reddit Shitpost Review with Kiryu Coco as the host, and the first guest with Akai Haato as the host.
  • Kiara is particularly fond of rickrolling, a prank in which one tricks someone else into watching or singing Rick Astley's Never Gonna Give You Up.
    • She tricked Gura into singing the song in Japanese during a lesson stream, and did the same again in German during a German language stream. She tricked her entire audience when she "released" her cover of Kanaria's "KING", five of which included fellow members Kureiji Ollie, Anya Melfissa, Momosuzu Nene, Moona Hoshinova and Ayunda Risu falling victims of said tweet as well.
  • The chicken drumsticks which Kiara sometimes holds are plastic props, not real food.
  • Kiara has two cats, which she calls Chonkers and Smoothie. Fanartists have depicted one as orange and the other mint or teal green,[109][110] like Kiara's feathers, which Kiara declared canon in a Superchat reading. Kiara added them to her family in Sims 4, with Chonkers the orange cat and Smoothie the green cat.
    • In April 2022 she got a grey pet raccoon (tanuki) named Bonkers. Bonkers appeared on Kiara's Easter egg painting stream on 17 April 2022, where she was mistaken by some viewers for a cat after jumping on the table. However, Kiara's cats are orange and green. Fanart of Bonkers appeared almost immediately.[111]
  • Although Kiara's art hashtag is #artsofashes (i.e. arts plural), fans often misspell it #artofashes.
  • She hates the font Comic Sans.
  • At her old apartment building, a bulk packet of Ritter Sport chocolate was eaten by a mouse,[112] who she named Casper. A mousehole for Casper later appeared in her KFP office background. The story of Casper was recorded in 【KFP 101】Ep. 02: Casper.
  • After winning at Mario Kart, Kiara declared she had been "making kfp proud since 9000 BCE,"[113] implying that she has been a kart racer for over 11,000 years. The earliest known archaeological evidence for wheeled vehicles appears in the Halaf culture of 6500 to 5100 BCE, found at a site which also featured stonework depicting a winged humanoid goddess around the 10th century BC.
  • Kiara frequently goes off on tangents during her superchat reading streams, effectively turning them into "zatsudan" or "Just Chatting" streams.
  • For her birthday in 2022, Kiara was awarded a Highland Title making her a Lady of Kilnaish and Glencoe. She subsequently began to be referred to as Lady Kiara.
