3AM Talent is an agency introduced in September 2023.

The web domain 3am.moe was registered on 28 June 2023. A Twitter account for 3AM Talent was created in June 2023.
On 28 September, 3AM Talent announced their formation. In the following week, four members were announced: Meat, Coqui, Callie Calico, and Olivia Monroe. All four were existing independent Twitch VTubers. Meat, Coqui, and Callie are also associated with the group South Side.
Official debuts for the four members were scheduled for 10 October.
2024[]
On the 26 September after a few teasers it was announced that two new members were to debut on the 27th which were Fang and Lyra.[1]
