On 21 March 2022, Aizakaya started teasing the formation of the stream team, announcing each member over the next several days.[2] Initially the team included Emucchi, Sayu, Tane Tenshi, and Yozora Aoi, with Amaiami acting as manager.

- On 21 October 2022, Sayu graduated from her vtuber activities and paused her membership of Aizakaya.

- On 7 May 2023, Sayu resumed her vtuber activities and rejoined Aizakaya.
