Akami Karubi has red hair, tied-up by two blue ribbons in pigtails, with a light-pink ahoge, she also has highlights in the same light-pink. Her ears are cat-ears which are also red and ending in black tips. Her eyes have sharp cat-like pupils and her irises fades from a pale yellow to light blue.

- Karubi is a term for a specific cut of Wagyu beef which is popularly used for Yakiniku.[2]
- Akami Karubi was designed by Nachoneko-Sensei who is the same character designs for other VTubers such as Gawr Gura, Araka Luto and Draki Kona.
