Aliceixia, more commonly known by her nickname Alice(a), was a female independent streamer from Germany. She was a variety streamer with the majority of her content focused on Just Chatting streams and occasional gaming.
She passed away from surgery complications during her cancer treatment on 26 November.
Personality
A self-proclaimed evildoer. Despite that, she was a good-hearted and cheerful girl who laughed easily at her own jokes.
Appearance
Alice had multiple models throughout her streaming journey, the main reason being that she just liked to collect them. Aside from that, in her lore, she has to kill several girls to take over their corpses since the real Alice is just a small doll with no powers and limited mobility.
History
Background
All of Alice's accounts were created around mid May 2024. Her first Twitch stream took place on 24 May 2024, but her official first VTuber model reveal took place on 1 June 2024.
2024
In June, around 1 week after her debut, she reached Twitch Affiliate status.
In August, she abandoned her old name, Ecila Caligo.
Following a stream on 26 August, she began a hiatus due to persistent coughing damaging her throat to the point she became unable to speak. It was later diagnosed as severe pneumonia by the ER she was sent into after she started vomiting blood.
The cause remained unknown, although her physician suspected it was due to her weak immune system caused by her poor mental health, but there was little proof to support that claim. She made only a few short streams until October but was gradually doing better throughout the month after having received a plethora of antibiotics.
In November, Alice revealed with a heavy heart she has been diagnosed with lung cancer. She started undergoing treatment and continued to stream until her surgery in December.
Following a stream on 19 December, she began a hiatus due to the upcoming turmor removal surgery.
2025
On 21 January, she returned from her hiatus and began streaming fairly regularly again. After the surgery, her lungs were heavily damaged, being unable to produce enough oxygen to move on her own. She became wheelchair bound and had to make use of a oxygen tank to perform the most basic tasks.
Mid march of the same year, she was hospitalized again due to her rejection of chemotherapy and overall declining mental health, which led her primary pneumologist to send her to the hospital for observation.
She took a short break from streaming on Twitch, which lasted about until the beginning of April. With permission from the hospital staff, she was able to take her streaming equipment with her and held another stream around mid April. While she was hospitalized, she spent most of her days binging anime, which she would later make reviews of.
On 1 June, she celebrated the one year anniversary of her channel. This would be her last livestream ever recorded.
Retirement
On 21 August, Alicea officially announced her retirement from livestreaming.
She wished to hold a graduation stream to thank everyone who supported her and send off her fanbase with a smile but, unfortunately, due to her health worsening, she was unable to do so. Instead, she wanted to make a YouTube video for her graduation but was unable to complete it as well. Despite her announcement of her retirement, she remained active on social media until the first surgery to remove her left lung which would ultimately cause her to fall into a deep coma for almost two months.
Death
On 26 November, Elijah/Andromedaplanets received the death certificate from one of her family relatives. She passed away early in the morning due to organ failure caused by the lung removal surgery.

- Alice was an ordinary doll inside a storybook who was later abandoned by her owner. One day, an unknown dark god breathed life into her to use her for his own purposes. Alice kills young girls to take over their own bodies and pretend to be them, and her original body is stored elsewhere while she operates as them.

- She was a hobby tailor and learned it from her grandma.
- She also learned knitting the same way.
- Some of her favorite games were Fate Grand Order, Fate/Extra CCC, Shin Megami Tensei 4/Apocalypse and 5/Vengeance', and Persona 3 (OG and Reload).

- She had her first girlfriend at 14, but later broke up due to her moving away.

- Her primary goal was to have a connection with people since it was hard for her to do so in real life due to her mental health and physical problems.
- She wanted to be a writer for her favorite game producer Type-Moon.
- She also wanted to make her own games, mainly visual novels.
- She wanted to hold her own charity event and raise money for cancer research.
