Amami Ami (雨海あみ) is an independent female English-language Virtual YouTuber.
She originally debuted in April 2023 as member of the English-language Virtual YouTuber agency PRISM Project's 5th Generation, along with Tsubame Kou and Shikami Lana. In April 2024, with the dissolution of PRISM Project, she was revealed to be an alternate persona of idol and VTuber Phoebe Chan, and would continue to stream under both identities.

She has long light-blue hair in twintails with pink flowery hair ties and a rainbow and cloud hair pin. She wears a blue frog head shaped hat. She has a short blue cape-hood jacket with a white frilly dress underneath.

Background[]
Ami, together with the rest of PRISM Project's 5th Generation, was revealed on 22 April 2023.[1] On the same day, Ami tweeted her first tweet on her Twitter account.[2] She debuted on 29 April.[3]
2024[]
Dissolving[]
On 2 March 2024, PRISM Project announced they would cease their ativities at the end of the month, and let all remaining talents the chance to keep their character IPs.[4] Ami confirmed she will become independent.
On 3 April, during her birthday stream, Ami revealed she is the alternate persona of the idol/VTuber Phoebe Chan, who was acting as her fairy godmother in lore. She also stated that she would be streaming on both accounts.
Mascot and Fans[]
- Ami's frog "hat" is actually a living being and her mascot. It's name is Eru.
- Ami calls her fans Frogchamps. It is a reference to the Twitch emote "PogChamp".
