Amemiya Nazuna is a Japanese language VTuber that debuted with VShojo as part of its Japanese unit "VShojo NEXT" alongside Kson on 16 July 2022. She graduated from VShojo on 31 December 2023, returning as an independent VTuber in 2024. She streams on Twitch.

Mysterious girl who has an amnesia. Whenever she tries to remember something she passes out. She has a resemblance of an angel, with a huge key. She believes that she's an angel but can't remember for certain. She is a sharp thinker and loves books.[4]

Nazuna has a very slim body while standing at 147 cm. She has silver hair with purple tips, heterochromatic pink and blue eyes, a cat-like smile, and a snaggletooth on the left side of her mouth. She has a slanted halo near the left side of her head and a wing near her left shoulder. She wears a white frilly crop top with a bow and unbuttoned black short shorts. Lace that holds up golden rings can be seen adorning her crop top, the right side of her shorts, and her left calf. Her shoes are black strapless low heels, and her socks also have bows from the front view. She has an unbuttoned oversized puffy coat with a pastel blue gradient that becomes more blue from the top down. The coat has black inner sleeves, white frills at the bottom, and black belt straps on the arms.
She carries a large body-sized bronze key with a black lace bow and a bracelet that matches the color of the key.
When angry, Nazuna's eyes and halo become red. Additionally, multiple eyes located on her coat, bracelet, and key open their pupil and also become red.
History[]
Background[]
The existence of Amemiya Nazuna was first teased on 20 May 2022, where she appeared for an instant as an unnamed extra in the lore video for Zentreya's redebut.[5] Her reveal was foreshadowed again on 15 June 2022, during Projekt Melody's Melware model event. The VShojo official Twitter account posted several messages encoded in binary, including the mysterious phrases "SHE HAS KEY" and "SAVE HER!!!"
Her Twitch and YouTube channels were created on 22 June 2022.
On 2 July, Amemiya Nazuna was announced at Anime Expo. Her Twitter account was created earlier that day. Her Twitter account was suspended on 3 July, likely having triggered security measures from the site after having earned a significant number of followers within the span of a day.
Her debut took place on Twitch on 16 July 2022 at 9PM PST, or 17 July 2022 at 1PM JST. The stream reached a peak concurrent viewership of 53,934.
2022[]
On 18 July, Nazuna reached 100,000 Twitch subscribers.
On 19 August, Nazuna reached 200,000 followers on her Twitter account.[6]
2023[]
On 22 February, for her birthday, Nazuna debuted with a new outfit designed and illustrated by Janyhero and rigged by Katloumi.[7]
On 15 August, Nazuna tweeted that the frequency of her streams would decrease.[8] She would stream only four more times in 2023.
On 26 August, Nazuna participated in VShojo's first 3D Concert "Candy Pop Explosion" singing an original song named "Sodalicious" with fellow VShojo JP member Kson.[9] This concert can be viewed as Nazuna's 3D debut.
On 28 December, VShojo's Twitter account announced that Nazuna would be ending her contract with VShojo due to a mutual agreement on 31 December, stating that she will retain her intellectual properties and assets.[10] Nazuna confirmed this the following day on Twitter.[11]
2024[]
On 8 February, Amemiya returned to streaming on Twitch for the first time since leaving VShojo. She would continue to stream irregularly on Twitch throughout 2024 as an independent Twitch partner.

- "Amemiya" is written with the kanji "ame," meaning a sweet, and "miya," meaning a shrine or palace.
- "Nazuna" is a Japanese given name. It is also the name of a flower called capsella bursa-pastoris, also called "shepherd's purse."
- Nazuna also sounds similar to "nazo na," meaning "mysterious."
- At 140cm (4'7⅛"),[12] Nazuna was the shortest member of VShojo until her departure from the company. Previously this title was held by Ironmouse with a height of 147cm (4'10").
- The concept art for Nazuna's design was created by Squeaky, and the Live2D model was illustrated by Kagura Nana, with model art assistance by Janyhero. Rigging was by Brian Tsui of Iron Vertex.[13]
