On 28 June 2023, Varium posted a short video on Twitter and YouTube channel introducing their second generation, consisting of 5 members: Amemochi Nina, Oshino Chiyu, Serenade Oxblood, Watamiya Ahiru, and Sirahosi Awawa.[4] Nina made her first tweet on the same day.[5]
On 4 July 2023, Nina debuted on her YouTube channel, and was the second member to debut. She also released her first solo cover song "Melty Magic" by picco after the stream.

On 13 July, Nina celebrated her channel monetiation and enabled Super Chat feature.[6]
On 12 August, she opened membership feature on her YouTube channel. The celebration stream was scheduled for the night of the same day.[7]
On 13 September, she reached 10,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.[8]
On 10 December, she reached 20,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.[9]

On 6 April, she reached 30,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.[10]
On 4 July, she released her first solo original song "magician girl nina chan!"
