From 22 to 23 April 2025, Weather Planet announced its two members: Amagai Ruka and Appare Hinata.[1][2][3]
Hinata debuted on 27 April 2025 and was the second member to debut. After the stream, she reached over 100,000 subscribers. On the same day, Hinata and Ruka released their first original song "Goodbye forecast."

On 4 May, Hinata released her first solo cover song, the song "We Are" by Guiano.
On 20 May, she reached 200,000 subscribers on YouTube.
