Asari Mitsuha is an independent English and Japanese-language VTuber. She streams on Twitch. She is the mother of slimegirl VTuber Leaflit, and almost always streams on Leaflit's channel rather her own.

Background[]
On 18 August 2020, slimegirl VTuber Leaflit's mother made a guerilla stream of Microsoft Flight Simulator on Leaflit's channel using a ready-made 3D faerie model. Suddenly, she was raided popular VTuber Nyatasha Nyanners. Her concurrent viewer count increased by around 800%.[1] Leaflit's mother subsequently decided to a VTuber in her own right.
On 18 December 2020, Asari revealed her Live2D model in a pre-debut collab with Leaflit.
Asari officially debuted on Leaflit's channel on 30 January 2021. She played Baba is You.
2021[]
On 17 April, Asari received a model update which added a magic staff, aviator sunglasses, and a pilot's hat. She celebrated by streaming Microsoft Flight Simulator.
On 4 October, Asari reached 500 followers on Twitch. However, she primarily streams on Leaflit's channel.
2022[]
On 12 June, Asari redebuted on Leaflit's channel. She revealed an updated model with new features.
2023[]
On 24 Jun, she was interviewed on the Otaku Talks podcast.
On 9 September, Asari unveiled her new Engineer model.[2]

On 28 December, the Leaflit & Asari YouTube channel celebrated 50,000 subscribers.

- Asari is the mother of slimegirl VTuber Leaflit. Leaflit's father is a slime, although his identity is classified by the Isekai Management Bureau.
- Asari is a selkie, a type of faerie.
- A selkie has a seal coat which allows them to transform into a seal. By faerie tradition, anyone who steals a selkie's coat can marry them. Asari keeps the location of her seal coat a secret.
- Asari works for the Isekai Management Bureau, an organization based in Mothergreen, Axias, in her world. It controls interdimensional travel. She served as a field agent (investigator), and her official title is Earth Technologies Expert.
- She is at least several hundred years old, but her age is reportedly classifed by the ISB.
