Her Twitter account was created in July 2020 and the YouTube channel was created on 3 July 2020. Her first introduction video premiered on 31 July.[2]
2021[]
On 16 January, she debuted her new character design.[3]
On 16 April, at the end of her "Loser Girl" cover premiere, she announced her graduation, with her last stream being programmed for 24 April 2021.[4][5][6]
All of her streams have been deleted except for her covers since then.

- She is a shoujo manga enthusiast by day, virtual love counselor by night.
- She is able to converse in Tagalog, English, and Japanese.
- Ayane writes her name in English order (given name first, surname last). The Japanese for her name instead uses the Japanese name order.
- "Ninomae" is written with the kanji ー, meaning "one." This is a pun, as the name Ninomae means "before two."
- She coincidentally shares her surname with hololive member Ninomae Ina'nis, who also writes the name with the same kanji. The name is a coincidence; Ayane debuted three months before Ina.
- The now famous VTuber Mint Fantôme attended Ayane's graduation stream, about three weeks after Mint's own graduation.[7]
