Bao is an English VTuber who debuted on October 30th, 2020. Prior to this, she made music under the name Hikaru Station, reflected in her social media accounts. She currently streams on on Youtube as Bao and on Twitch as hikarustation, while uploading Twitch VODs to her YouTube channel.
Personality
Bao is incredibly kind, giving genuine compliments to others. In addition, she shows a passion for puns and an attunement to the culture of the internet and her fandom, often conversing with members of her Discord. In her debut, she states that hayamafair designed her to be "free and enthusiastic, like a playful little spirit of the ocean".
History
Biography
Bao was born from seafoam and is a long-lived whale deity and to her knowledge, the last of her kind. She had explored all the oceans and lived through many wars. As a result, she was very lonely and longed for someone to listen to her voice.
Background
Bao first teased her Live2D model on Twitter on September 30th, 2020. On 11th August, 2020, she announced that she was verified on Youtube. Bao's first stream on YouTube was on October 30th, 2020 and November 6th, 2020 on Twitch. Despite this, she has been making content as hikarustation on YouTube since 2015 in which around the same time she joined Twitter and Twitch.
Her goals as of October 30th, 2020 are to make a full original album, conquer her stage fright and be happy.

- Bao's design and first song as a VTuber, "52-Hearts" is based on the 52-hertz whale and was helped in it's production by PrettyPatterns and Dictate.
