Beamori Yurumo (べあもりゆるも) was a female Japanese Virtual YouTuber who debuted in 2020 as an independent. She was also formerly affiliated with ZERO Project, which she joined in 2021 as part of its 2nd generation. In 2022, the agency disbanded and she returned to being an independent VTuber.
In 2024, she officially announced that she has quit streaming as a VTuber and switched to regular face cam livestreaming on YouTube, while also occasionally still using her 2D model on thumbnails.

Personality[]
In contrast with her cute and innocent-looking model, Beamori has a mischievous and chaotic personality that only got stronger with time.
She had a growing penchant for unhinged, black humor which became more evident later in 2023 onward with her sometimes misleading thumbnail choices (e.g. she did a talk stream with a thumbnail and joking title that implied her retirement, complete with a ghost version of her 2D model,[3] while her hiatus stream thumbnail is a parody of a Japanese funeral photograph).[4]
She has the kind of personality that would turn even the unsolicited d*ck pics she received on Twitter DMs into (redrawn) stream content.[5]
Appearance[]
Beamori has long pale pink hair with a heart-shaped ahoge and eyes with yellow irises. Her hair is tied up in the "two-side up" hairstyle with each side tail tied using a small teddy bear accessory, red on her left side and black on her right side. She also has one small red ribbon on each side of the front of her hair. Her two teddy bear hair accessories are animated and can move.

Debut[]
On 20 August, Beamori debuted on YouTube with a self-introduction video.[2]
2020[]
On 25 August, she did her first stream on YouTube.[6]
On 10 December, she uploaded her first cover song: Yoru ni Kakeru (夜に駆ける) by YOASOBI.
2021[]
On 13 February, Beamori premiered a new self-introduction video, announcing that she has joined ZERO Project as part of its 2nd Generation.[7]
On 19 February, she participated in ZERO Project's 2nd Generation debut stream relay, re-debuting along with fellow indie Sorahoshi Paru, as well as new members Amaki Pururu, Ruif Infy and Swima Clala[8]
On 22 July, she debuted her 3D model.[9]
2022[]
On 20 August, Beamori did a 3D concert for her second anniversary.[10]
On 22 August, ZERO Project announced that it was disbanding on 30 November of that year.[11]
On 31 August, she announced her graduation from ZERO Project[12] and held her agency graduation stream on YouTube,[13] returning to being an independent VTuber afterward.
On 25 September, she debuted her 2nd costume.[14] She also released a video summarizing the reveal on the next day.[15]
2023[]
On 2 January, Beamori uploaded her cover of CH4NGE by Giga.
On 10 January, she debuted her 3rd costume.[16]
On 18 July, she re-debuted her 3D model.[17]
On 20 August, she celebrated her third anniversary.[18]
2024[]
On 12 February, Beamori announced in a guerrilla stream that she was going on indefinite hiatus.[19]
On 28 February, she did her last stream before her indefinite hiatus.[4]
On 7 June, she returned to streaming from her indefinite hiatus.[20]
On 13 June, she did a "dark history" stream reacting to her earliest content.[21]
By 8 July, her channel had reached 10,000 subscribers.
Retirement[]
On 4 August, Beamori did a stream officially announcing that she has quit her VTuber activities.[22] On this stream, she had her camera turned on to show the "person inside" (中の人, naka no hito), as she explained her plans for the future: she was no longer "virtual," becoming more like a regular YouTuber from now on.
She also updated her Twitter description to specifically state that she is no longer a VTuber,[23] but a "super-dimensional streamer" who transcends dimensions.[24] Her content on YouTube since this announcement mostly consists of regular face cam livestreams, with some streams also using her Live2D model in the thumbnail.
