Bermuda Muda (バーミュダ・ムダ) is a male independent English-speaking vTuber who focuses on gaming and art streams.

Profile[]

Bermuda Muda is DEFINITELY Laplace's Demon, and DEFINITELY not just a human trapped in his own delusions! Bermuda Muda has retired into Nonbeing, ignoring everything so he can focus on drawing and playing games everyday! He just wants to live a nice, simple, easygoing life! Even though he's unstable, Bermuda wants to spread a smile and warmness to "those" around him. He means well and wants to be a positive force in the "world"!!

He is heavy submerged in otaku culture, particularly denpa. He loves horror and denpa, and says he has been an otaku since he was a child since he discovered denpa music. He has obscure taste, preferring niche games, novels, manga and music.

Appearance[]

Bermuda is a somewhat short, chubby femboy with heterochromia eyes, his right being solid black and the left being hot pink with a blue rim. He wears a black headband, and has short, messy grey-blue hair. He wears a blue tracksuit, sloppy grey sweatshirt, black shorts. He has a pair of small dark blue and pink wings, small black and blue horns with a pink outline, and a black demon tail with pink outline. He wears an arthritis glove on his left hand. He has scarring on his thighs and arms, and bruising around his neck. He has barefeet. He is able to take his tracksuit jacket off, and sometimes wears a red dog collar and chain.

In his human form, his hair is dark brown, and both eyes are pure black. He does not have his horns, wings, or tail as a human.

He looks generally slightly concerned or unnerved, and is prone to exaggerated expressions. He sometimes is bruised and bloodied.

Personality[]

Bermuda is loud but endearing, often unable to watch his volume when he gets excited. He is known for making odd noises, even resulting in compilations of said noises. He can be incredibly disconnected from reality and will often not recognize common celebrities, events, or otherwise 'normie' scenarios. He's been shown to be caring and nurturing, though he is a major masochist. He is also quite withdrawn and socially anxious, a stereotypical hikikomori, and only leaves his home once a month or less.

He is currently learning Japanese, being able to read and write a little, though he's better at speaking and and listening.

House likes to watch and make sure Muda is okay and safe. House can alter structure and take the shape of any building Muda wants. Bedroom, karaoke bar, work office, convenience store, etc....Sometimes, House takes the form of a semi-marketable femboy so House is easier to relate to."

House has his own Twitch account, and has appeared in streams several times. He has a Twitter page, though is largely inactive.

"PillBedBugs are strange creatures that live with Muda. They are made by fusing stray psychiatric medication with bedbugs! Will you be a kind and encouraging Pillbedbug, or a mischievous Pillbedbug? Pillbedbugs are able to come in different pill types!! Ziprasidone is the most common!"

PillBedBugs are the representation of chatters. Chatters can design their own PillBedBugs. They can only be based off of psychiatric medication, and are designed with a darker colour as the bottom and a lighter colour on the top.

Often times, Pillbedbugs like to remind Muda to take care of himself! Other times, they antagonize and bully him! Which will you be?

  • His charm points are listed as "tummy, disgusting noises, disconnection from reality".
  • His personality is listed as "infp, melancholic-sanguine, 2w3, chaotic good".
  • His name and demon motif are based of the Bermuda/Devil's triangle.
  • Bermuda has two pet birds, Ruffles and Birthday. They can often be heard chirping on stream and causing havoc for him by muting his microphone, biting him, and generally derailing him.
  • He is transparent about his struggles with Schizoaffective Disorder, as well as his Hikikomori Syndrome. He has been a hikikomori for nearly a decade, withdrawing from the world when he dropped out of highschool.
  • Before he started streaming he rarely spoke; thus explaining his speech and voice difficulties.
  • He has a masochistic streak, and likes acting like a brat to egg his viewers into bullying and hitting him. It is often implied he is living in the viewer's basement as their pet/kidnapping victim; this is why he sometimes wears a collar and shows up to stream bruised and bloodied.

  • He says he's been an otaku since he was 8 years old, and his areas of interest are video games, j-pop idols, Vocaloid, and manga.
  • Tokyo Ghoul is is favorite manga, and least favorite anime. He's deeply in love with Kaneki Ken and has been obsessed with him for over a decade and has a shrine dedicated to him.
  • His other favorite manga are Houseki no Kuni, Goblin Slayer, Blame!, To Your Eternity, Oyasumi Punpun, Claymore, Fool Night, CHi no Wadachi, Aku no Hana, Gakkou Gurashi, Denjin N, Starving Anonymous, Mai Chan's Daily Life. He mainly reads horror manga.
  • His favorite anime is Gakkou Gurashi. He does not watch much anime after being "burned by how bad the Tokyo Ghoul anime was"
  • His favorite games are Elona, Elin, Rune Factory, Nier, Baroque, Fear and Hunger, Oyabu Clinic Deathcare Corporation, The Sims,
