Blair Labri is an independent female English-speaking Virtual YouTuber.
She initially debuted as part of NexStage Project's generation 1 "CodeX", alongside Plumarielle, Zhuni Excel, Jax Riot, and Ayla Yew.
Blair graduated in May 2023, but later returned in July 2024 as an independent VTuber and officially redebuted on 12 July 2025.

"Hello! I'm Blair and I am an indie vtuber artist who likes drawing vtubers!"
A librarian witch of the legendary labyrinth library. Although she’s a bit shy at first, Blair is always willing to help out those who are lost in her domain. However, don’t let her sweet appearance fool you—she can be quite the brat. Get on her bad side and she'll most definitely fight back, successfully or not. Treat her well though and perhaps she’ll show you some of the secrets of her library, the weird drawings in her grimoire, or even her surprisingly caring side.

Blair is a sweet girl with a lack of self-confidence despite her talents. As an artist, she has an elaborated sense of design and creativity. She has a mischievous side and enjoys teasing her chat and other VTubers, but is also easily flustered herself.

Blair has eggshell white colored hair with aqua highlights and gold colored eyes.

Blair Labri's Twitter account was created in September 2022 and her YouTube and Twitch channels were created on 23 September 2022.
On 1 November 2022, NexStage Project announced their first VTuber group, CodeX.[1]
On 30 December 2022, NexStage Project announced the reveal of Blair Labri[2] and uploaded a video revealing her design as "A Magical VTuber For All to See".[3]
2023[]
On 6 January, NexStage Project announced a 3D concert and variety show with the debuting talents of CodeX, which would take place on 6 March.[4]
On 11 March, Blair debuted as member of NexStage Project's first generation "CodeX", alongside Plumarielle, Zhuni Excel, Jax Riot, and Ayla Yew.

On 26 May, Blair held her graduation stream.
2024[]
Return[]
On 30 July, soon after the announcement of NexStage Project's dissolution, Blair resurfaced on her Twitter account, with a mysterious call.[5] Later in the year, she wiped the entirety of her YouTube content in order to start fresh.
2025[]
On 26 January, Blair held her first Twitch stream since returning from graduation. She would proceed to use Twitch as her primary streaming platform until moving back to YouTube in May 2025.
On 31 January, Blair created a second Twitter account to be used for yapping, while designating her original account for art related topics.
On 8 February, Blair revealed her updated design and 2.0 reference sheet.[6]
On 26 March, Blair celebrated her birthday with a Twitch stream.
On 12 April, Blair released her cover of "『勘冴えて悔しいわ』 Kan Saete Kuyashii wa" by ZUTOMAYO.
On 26 May, Blair held her first stream on YouTube since returning from graduation. This stream marked her transition from using Twitch to using YouTube as her primary streaming platform. She also announced her plans to hold a redebut stream in July 2025.[7]
On 18 June, Blair released her cover of "D/N/A" by Azari.
On 12 July, Blair held her redebut stream.[8] During the stream, she revealed the reference sheet for her upcoming second outfit. On the same day, she premiered a cover of "ECHO" by Crusher-P.
2026[]
On 10 January, Blair debuted a new outfit; a dominantly white cafe maid outfit.[9] She also debuted new opening, BRB, and ending screen arts. After the debut stream, she premiered her cover of the song "Lovesick" by Laufey.
Events[]
- On 16 March 2025, it was announced that Blair would be participating in a large-scale Minecraft event, created by Kanna Yanagi, with 69 other VTubers from 23 March 2025 to 5 April 2025.[10]
- On 21 June 2025, Blair appeared at Aegis-Link's booth at OffKai Expo for her first Meet & Greet.[11]

- Her fanbase is called Meganeko, a portmanteau of "megane" and "neko," the Japanese translations for "glasses" and "cat", respectively.
- On 10 February 2025 and 19 February 2025, Blair revealed the initial designs for her mascot.[12][13]
- On 17 February 2025, Blair revealed a design for Meganeko-kun, a meganeko who had lost it's glasses and thus, transformed into a humanoid version of itself.[14]
- On 4 March 2025, Blair debuted the official design for her fanbase.[15]
