Bloody has crimson red hair, golden brown eyes, a pair of fox ears, and a tail that splits midway down the middle. She dresses formally with a black vest, white dress shirt, white pants with gold, diamond-shaped embroidery, black boots, and a black swallowtail coat fastened with ruby pins. Her accessories include a black tricorn with a white feather, a white cravat with a skull pin, a black belt with a skull buckle and black satchel, and a pair of white gloves. She also has a black cape attached with a golden chain.

On 16 March, Bloody released a Lore video, The Failed Chosen One, expanding on the lore of her family, the Order of the Blood Moon and the Blood God.
On 14 May, this video was used as the foundations for a roleplay series in wich Chat (controlled by Twitch chat) infiltrated the order in order to learn and stop them from summoning the Blood God.
