Capo Miyo (カポ・ミヨ) is an independent Italian Virtual YouTuber who made her debut on YouTube on 26 February 2021. She creates content in English covering various topics, including gaming, drawing, karaoke, and more. Besides Italian and English, she is fluent in Spanish and has basic knowledge of German, allowing her to provide live translations for her audience.
Personality[]
Her personality is that of a hot-headed tomboy. Impulsive and seemingly gruff, she may come across as rude, but it's her way of hiding a kind and altruistic side. She tries to act like a mafia boss, but her professionalism often falters due to her clumsy and childish nature. She cares a lot about her viewers, affectionately nicknaming them "Familia" (family). Even though she jokes a lot with them, it's not uncommon for her to show great affection.

The most recent descriptions depict her as a girl who stands at 170cm (5.5ft) in height, with pale skin and a robust physique. Among her distinctive features, she bears a visible scar on the left side of her face, extending from the jawline to halfway across her cheek.
Her hair is of medium length, wavy, and in a bright scarlet red shade, accompanied by thin eyebrows of the same color.
Her eyes are large and bright, with a slanted shape extending outward, displaying a pinkish hue with red highlights and a small dark pupil. The lashes are thick and dark brown. A small mole is situated beneath her right eye, often concealed by strands of hair that cover the edges of her face.
Clothing[]
She wears a formal outfit, consisting of a white double-breasted shirt with a narrow V-neck, while the high-waisted trousers are elegant and dark blue, tightened at the hips by a thin black belt. The boots are also black and, according to emergency room reports from her victims during scuffles, appear to have one or more reinforced iron components.
Under the shirt collar, she wears a silver chain rosary, adorned with a trim made of ruby, and in the middle, there's a design showing a red rose from above. Just below the sternum, she wears a black tactical elastic band; although, since she prefers a physical approach over the noise generated by firearms, the band doesn’t have holsters. She left no fingerprints in any of her incursions due to her habit of keeping her hands covered with black driving gloves, secured at the wrist by a strap.
She wears a long dark blue coat, double-breasted like the shirt. A crimson red rose on the left side of the jacket represents her status as an underworld boss, as well as being a reference to the movie ‘The Godfather’ Starting from version 3.0, the jacket is worn over the shoulders.

Debut[]
Capo Miyo debuted on 26 February 2021, introducing herself, her channel, and the type of content she produces. Among her early uploads are a cover of "Baka Mitai."[2] and the first episode of "Dark Souls 3" in a let's play format.[3] Initially uninterested in live streams, she gradually shifted to primarily hosting them after her first live stream featuring the mobile game "Granblue Fantasy" + karaoke.[4]
2021[]
On 27 February, she created her first short.[5] for humorous purposes, keeping this section active with weekly uploads that range from memes to video games, as well as surreal life situations. She often shares these moments with the audience through her Italian personality[6]
On 10 March, she published a short introducing an alpha version of Capomi,[7] a visibly younger model of Capo Miyo with child-like features (loli), which was officially announced on 17 March through an announcement video.[8] Two days later, on 12 March, she officially introduced Capomi with a dedicated debut video[9] on her channel.
With the arrival of Capomi, the first short videos under one minute were also uploaded. Exploiting this model variant, she created a new type of content imitating a child's high-pitched voice. These videos were no longer published after "OwO What is This?"[10] on 20 December due to concerns about their resemblance to the shorts format on TikTok, limiting Capomi's appearances to only a few occasions.
On 29 March, the first video of a non-regular series titled "Capo's Italian 101"[11] is published. This series will cover terms and words commonly used in Italy. With a typical humorous touch, these short-duration videos will continue until 16 September of the following year, concluding with the last upload titled "What is GABAGOOL?"[12]
A little over a month after the channel's opening, on 30 March, she live-streams for the first time while playing "Granblue Fantasy + Karaoke. On 24 April, she celebrates reaching 100 subscribers with her first live karaoke only,[13] becoming the longest-running series on her channel with over 40 streams.
Her first collaboration Took place on 8 May in Payday with Milli Enaer,[14] collaborating one last time on 31 July in Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes.[15]
From 17 June to 23 June, three short videos are uploaded to the channel to showcase her new updated model. In the first video,[16] part of the new, darker, and more detailed outfit is presented. The second video[17] reveals part of the face, with brighter eyes and more elaborate hair. The third and final video[18] shows the entire face.
An additional video on 1 July compares the two models,[19] highlighting aesthetic improvements and greater precision in rigging. This is also the last appearance of Capo Miyo's 1.0 model.
New minor updates related to the rigging of the new model are introduced at the beginning of the live karaoke on 1 October, effectively bringing the model to version 2.1.[20] In this live session, the first in a series of alternative outfits and color variations that will characterize some of her future streams is also presented.
2022[]
On 1 January, she celebrates the new year and reaching 1,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel with the first part of a live karaoke.[21] Two weeks later, on another live karaoke[22] with 1,111 subscribers, she continues the celebration.
During the live session on 7 January, an announcement is made about the opening of the official Discord server and the YouTube membership. For the first time in a live stream, she designs the theme emojis for her channel. This happens in two parts, the first[23] on a live session, and the second[24] on 16 January.
On 19 January, her official Discord server, "Capo Familia," is opened and accessible through links shared during livestreams. Three days after the server opening, it is inaugurated with a live session and a community game on Gartic Phone.[25]
On 28 January, subscription plans for the channel and emojis are revealed in a live session on the first day of Pokémon Arceus.[26] The date for the YouTube membership launch is also confirmed to begin on 1 February.
On 20 February, she brought "Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel,"[27] to a live session for the first time, becoming the longest-running video game series on her channel with over 30 streams. Initially intended for ranked duels with casual players, starting from 20 March with the live session "DUELS WITH VIEWERS! Let's d-d-d-d-d-duel!!!"[28] she starts played with her viewers in organized rooms, deciding the order of duels through the roll of a dice.
Among the most successful lives in terms of views on her channel, two ‘Sonic: Generations’ live-streams stand out in the top tier, with over 6.7k views[29] on 16 December, and the ‘Frontiers’ one with more than 5.5k views[30] on 8 November.
A special mention goes to the Chatting + Karaoke live[31] session on 27 October, which gathered 3.8k views.
The first ASMR live-stream[32] was uploaded to the channel on 13 December. Two more similar lives arrived almost a month later, in the beginning of the new year.
Although the tags in the content include the phrase "3Dio," it solely refers to the type of binaural recording for which the eponymous producer is famous, and not to the actual microphone. Instead of the 3Dio, a pair of M5 matched pair RØDE microphones is preferred.
Almost at the end of the year, on 26 December, a short video is uploaded where she announces the release of version 3.0 of her model,[33] scheduled for launch on 31 December, coinciding with her birthday, with a live showcase + karaoke.[34] In this live session, in addition to showcasing the entire creation process, she also compared past models. She also reveals the new channel subscription badges.
2023[]
For New Year's Eve, she decided to prepare a handcam stream and gift opening[35] are planned to celebrate not only the end of the year, but also her birthday. She unwrapped the gifts, showing her real hands (with gloves) on a camera. This format will be brought again for new products she buys from time to time.
A little over a year after reaching the milestone of the first thousand subscribers, on 21 January, she celebrates reaching 4k with the first live karaoke of the year.[36] Another one is held on 11 March to mark the 5k milestone,[37] gaining so many subscribers for the first time in less than two months.
She uploaded a new 'debut video' after updating her model to version 3.0, released on February 25, 2023.
This would also be a crucial year for collaborations, more abundant compared to previous ones, with seven live sessions featuring six different contents and four other VTubers.
On 8 June, through a video announcement,[38] Capoccino, a miniaturized (chibi) version of Capo Miyo, is revealed. The following day, with a debut live, she officially introduces Capoccino,[39] and during this live, new sound alerts for donations are also presented.
The character of Capoccino was frequently used for shorts, but gradually she used the old model again. However, it will continue to have a constant presence as a cameo, especially during karaoke sessions.
After the transition from model 2.0 to model 3.0, the themed outfits used to enhance the content presented in live sessions were no longer available. On 21 August, the first and only costume released during the year for the 3.0 version of the official model was presented in the live session "NEW HALLOWEEN OUTFIT REVEAL."[40] This costume was used for the "HALLOWEEN KARAOKE" live[41] session, but will also be featured on other occasions.
On 2 November, during a just chatting live session, a mini showcase of version 3.1 was presented.[42] These improvements focus on rigging, enhancing overall expressiveness, and updating it to the new version.
Starting from the end of July, with the live session "7000 SUBSCRIBERS CELEBRATION!,"[43] on 29 July, until the end of the year, the number of subscribers almost doubled, resulting in a flow of about 1.5k every month. Since the subscriber growth rate was increasing exponentially, after the live stream "LET'S CELEBRATE HITTING 11K"[44] she produced less content dedicated to celebrating subscriber goals.
With the growing number of subscribers and a higher number of views during this period, the presence of at least one community game became a constant throughout the week. Among the community games most frequently featured throughout the year, Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe stand out.
2025[]
On 29 March, Miyo debuted her 4.0 model.
