Agencies are companies that have invested in Virtual YouTubers as a form of entertainment. Often they supply Virtual YouTubers with a studio to record in. However not much is known about most agencies, specifically how they manage Virtual YouTubers.

The real benefit being part of an agency has for Virtual YouTubers is exposure. Virtual YouTubers who are part of the same company collaborate very often, and can be recognized more easily as a part of the agency.

A list of unknowns for all agencies is as follows:

  • The portion of income they take from superchats.
  • The responsibilities an agency has to employed Virtual Youtubers.
  • If Virtual YouTubers employed by an agency are given a salary even if they do not make the agency money.
