This category is for the Virtual YouTubers that ended their activities on their channels altogether retiring for various reasons including: inactivity on channels and social media without a proper explanation for a prolonged time, closure of accounts, graduation, contract finish/termination, agency's closure, death or unknown cases.

• Keep in mind that in some cases agencies still consider a particular member in hiatus in their ranks regardless of a prolonged inactivity and as such the category must not be added to that article until the agency states they have retired/graduated. Example of this include Yuzuki Roa who is still considered as an active member of NIJISANJI despite a prolonged hiatus that started on 21 October 2020.
  • If the agency closes while the talent was still considered in hiatus, then the category can be added if no signs of the VTuber going independent or joining another agency are stated.
• Please to keep articles factual, don't add this category to articles when a retirement/graduation date is known ahead of time.
