Cathrena Game Fayt is a female, independent English Virtual Streamer who started streaming on Twitch on 24th September 2018. She streamed without a camera until she became a Vtuber on 14th August 2021 for her birthday. The green witch character was used on her channel even before becoming a Vtuber. She is best known for being cozy, welcoming, consistent stream schedule, and wholesome family friendly energy she has in her streams.

Cathrena is an immortal green witch alchemist. She doesn't know how old she is as those memories have faded to time. She spends every day trying to be better for her community with positivity and doing charity events. 100% seiso but her channel is rated mature for anyone she might collab with. Her silly banter and sassy nature creates a fun environment anyone can join in on. Her streams create a fun relaxing atmosphere for anyone popping by.

Personality[]

Cathrena is a hardworking person who puts her friends above herself. Always trying to do more and more which leads her to sleeping a minimum amount. Breakfast is usually a biscuit with tea before she spends time in her alchemy room brewing potions. Sebastian, her purple cat familiar, has to help her stay on point as she is very absentminded. No matter what though if she sees someone in need she will jump to their aid.

Cathrena is a little scatterbrained, for obvious reasons. This, unfortunately, has cost her friendships in the past. So she is always worried about trying to plan properly and will lose sleep if she has to. Seb scolds her for this a lot. With her backstory some might muse she is lonely but she never shows it. Always trying to bring more light into the world wherever she goes.

Cathrena Fayt[]

Cathrena is an herbalist and alchemist.
Her full name is Cathrena G. Fayt but she really only knows her first name. She chose the last name Fayt because she wanted to believe she had a purpose in this life and that was to bring light into this dark world. Since she only could remember a terrible start to her life.
Cath is unable to die completely. If her body is rendered unable to continue a cursed spell forcefully brings her back but at the cost of some of her memories. She will say she has a broken clock because her time slips away too fast and she is saddened by lost of her past.
Cath may know magic but she tries to only use natural methods, like herbalism or alchemy, to create remedies. She fears that using too much magic may draw the attention of others and she just wants to live quietly. Helping others and being kind is all she wants.
Cath will stay in a village long enough to teach an apprentice how to help the people with herbs and alchemy. She will copy books for them and set them up to continue teaching others. After a few decades she will leave. Since she doesn't age she can't stay in one place.
Caths cottage has herbs & flowers growing right into the roof & walls. She has a practical reason for this. Instead of having walls with no function she places the base and builds up an eco house. This will give her more garden space and camouflage the house from prying eyes.
The garden behind her home is planted in a spiral pattern with a large chunk of Amazonite in the very middle. This stone promotes harmony and balance. She uses it to help her plants grow with maximum energy she can use them her craft.
Cath keeps journals so she can always read back on her achievements. She doesn't talk about the day to day but they usually have things like, rare herb locations, recipes, special things she went out of her way for, and the like.
Cath attends community events & opens a natural first aid stall. She treats any injuries from cuts & bruises, unset tummies, or broken bones. She usually takes this time to teach her apprentice the foundations of healing with herbal medicine.
Her current outfit design is a gift from a royal lady she saved. Upon arriving at the castle she was initially turned away because of her clothes. So to give her status and appeal they designed a look just for her. A cute & simple design that no one would ignore.
Her broom has a cute Green ribbon tied on it that matches the one on her hat.
The broom she uses to travel with is made out of cherry wood. She adores cherries. Once she spent many hours slowly devouring every cherry she could on a tree before Seb made a comment about being greedy. So she took a bit of the tree with her to remind her of restraint.
Cath owns a locket but she doesn't wear it. The locket has a lot of sentimental value for her. She even went as far as to write down everything about why it is important. Just in case she forgets.
Her dreams are very vivid. They portray themselves as so real that she wonders if maybe they aren't all dreams but maybe lost memories. She never tells Seb about them though. Preferring to keep them to herself.
Her energy is very sensitive to others. She can walk into homes & see the darkness clinging to the corners. Most of the time she uses crystals or incense to clear away the negative energy but doesn't tell the home owner. They wouldn't understand anyway, she figures.
Cath is not a stranger to fighting. Living a long time has allowed her to gain experience as a wartime field medic. She would treat all who needed help & would take on dangerous missions. Seb hated it because there was a chance she would lose memories healing those people.
For breakfast she usually has a cookie biscuit. This is something she makes in bulk so she doesn't have to cook everyday. It is full of energy boosting ingredients and goes well with tea. She also uses them as snacks throughout the day.
On the cardinal directions of her property Cath places stones underground in correspondence to the elements. This way her home is always magically protected with the help of the elemental spirits. It makes finding her home on accident very difficult.
Cath can divine the future but it is not something she regularly attempts to do. Most of the time it is a feeling in her chest, like a burning sensation. If she wants to know what it means she has to meditate & reach into her self for the answers.
As an alchemist Cath has experimented with all different kinds of potions. One of her favorites is a small bottle that, when shook, produces bright light for 8 hours. She has used this when doing night runs to look for herbs that can only be gathered at night.
Cath is very crafty and prefers to make something at home rather than buy it. She even apprenticed to a wood carver once so she could carve designs into her furniture herself. She did have to pretend to be a boy for a few years...
She has completely forgotten the evil mans name who is chasing her. But she knows she is being pursued so she takes precautions. She has created magic potions that can completely change her appearance for a short time.
Cath is afraid of falling in love. The last time she did they were taken from her by the man that wants to posses her. He was very jealous and only wants Cath for himself so he disposed of his rival. She believes he is the one that broke her clock.
Cath has a last resort potion. What it does is upon drinking it her magic overloads for a short time giving her amazing abilities. She has used this to save her love before. The issue is because it is so potent her body dies after use. So she trades her memories for power.
There is a dark energy slowly creeping into her current village. It gives the locals terrible nightmares and keeps them from sleep. She mixed a lavender tea to help them rest but is currently trying to find the source of the darkness to root it out.

Sebastian[]

Her cat, Sebastian [ si-bas-chuhn ], is a purple cat with green and blue eyes. When she called him into this world as her familiar he taught her how to use her magic. He keeps her on task every day and will reminder her of things she may have forgotten. He has all her knowledge, lost or not.
Sebastian loves Cath. Familiars are created with the desires of their partners. That's why they all have different personalities. He was born of her desire to live free. He has a sassy attitude but will only ever do things that help his partner.
Sebastian can also change his form for a short time. He developed this ability because of his need to take care of Cath. If she collapses he needed to bring her home and take care of her. He always does this while she is unconscious though so Cath has no idea.
Sebastian and Cathrena usually talk to each other in their minds so others can't hear them. Unless they are alone. She will talk to Seb a lot but he will only reply in her mind so anyone that might happen to be listening will only get one side of the conversation.

Cathoid[]

Cathoids [ kath-oid ] are a new species that Cathrena found one day. They hatch from a greenish-red egg. They are very jiggly almost like jello. The Cathoid is always hanging around Sebastion. They seem to have taken a deep liking to him. They also appear to have taken on some cat-like features which insinuates they have control over their form a little. Possibly due to spending so much time with Seb.
A Cathoid takes about a year to grow to full adulthood. At one year it is almost identical to a normal cat if you can look past the sharp fangs and see-through jiggly body.

Content[]

Streams are Wednesday-Monday with Tuesday off. Schedule is consistently posted in their discord, sometimes on twitter.
Games they play are anywhere from comfy games to From Soft games with crafting and roleplaying mixed in. Cath also has a community game night every Saturday.
As a graphic designer some streams might be her working on commissions as well.
Charity streams are about twice a year but she puts full effort into them. Creating a chart of goals to hit and pushing the goals each time.

Likes and Hobbies[]

Loves the color green.
Loves cinnamon. She will try anything if you put cinnamon in it. Her morning tea is a black spiced blend she makes herself. She loves cookies and hard candies with the cinnamon base. She always has a bit of spiciness in the air around her because of this addiction.
Favorite flowers are lilies. Even though they don't serve any herbal purpose you will find multiple variations of lilies planted around her home. They bring her peace as she gazes at them but can't remember why.
Loves to read and relax with a hot cup of tea.
Loves poetry. Sometimes she will write her recipes in poem format for fun! This causes confusion among her apprentices & they seem to think that's how some of her spells are cast. To speak in rhyme & stuff but she really just wanted it to sound cool. So poem.
Some hobbies are Perler beads, Kumihimo braiding, and sewing.

Cath is lured by anything shiny. This has lead to her death many many times.
The Hole is an entity in chat that will devour the lurking chatters. There are channel redemptions where anyone can feed the hole to save lurks from being consumed
Boxes are sacred. Boxes are probably our most favorite thing in existence. We would buy a box just to have a box in our room.
HANDS HANDS! With her hand tracking sometimes it goes awry and she can be heard to yell that phrase as they float up to the sky before retracking.
Cath is a spicy cinnamon bun.
