Cece is a red dragon VTuber affiliated with Virtual Streamers Worldwide who streams on Twitch. He primarily streams VRChat.

Cece began playing VRChat on 26 December 2017.[1]
2018[]
Cece's first recorded Twitch stream was a VRChat stream on 14 February 2018, watched by 5 viewers. He began streaming in earnest from 26 March.[2] He was partnered only a few months after that.[3]
Cece's Twitter account was created in April 2018. In August, he created his YouTube account, and revealed a new VR character model.[4]
By the end of the 2018, his channel reached 5,000 followers. His channel was originally CeceVR.[5]
2019[]
In a stream on 18 February, he revealed a new VR model,[6] and again on 25 June[7] and 10 October.[8]
2020[]
While Cece did not announce a formal debut, the earliest stream where he used the VTuber tag was on 31 March. He initially used a female character model.
On 30 September, Cece was interviewed by Leaflit. Cece was the first to announce that Leaflit had become a Twitch partner. Leaflit had known this prior to the stream, but had chosen not to reveal it herself because "cool guys don't look at explosions".
2021[]
On 10 March, Cece co-hosted episode eight of Leaflit's contest Waifu Wars. In honor of Cece, the theme was chosen as "Dragon Waifu".
