Controversies

Roblox

On 4 October 2024, Celestium streamed while playing Keystone,[9] a hangout game inside Roblox. As she was preaching to the players around using voice chat, some started to hold a LGBT+ flag, to which she brought up that the Bible says it's a sin, most likely referring to Leviticus 18:22 and 20:13. A few minutes later, user "brooklynbumbch" started to cuss at Celestium before quitting the game.

On 11 October 2024, the clip was posted on TikTok, receiving around 1,000 views, whereas on X/Twitter went viral, received with praise from the Christian community and widespread criticism from LGBT+ members. The original tweet has been deleted, while the original clip and full VOD are still available on TikTok and YouTube, respectively.

On 21 October 2024, while streaming VRChat, Celestium stream allegedly came to a full stop[10] after someone, who was present in the same room as her, utilized a crasher, an effect with an extreme shader and a sound that overworked her computer. The image in display was a satanic symbol, with a text written in the front saying "stop streaming", and a wall of text half transparent in the back linking to a Discord server. Some believe to be a direct response to her controversial Roblox clip, although it's impossible to determine after the VOD was deleted, and only the moment of the crash is available on Twitch. The originator of the crash was never found.
