Ceo Kazari (瀬尾カザリ, Seo Kazari) is a male Japanese Virtual YouTuber affiliated with Neo-Porte. He is part of the third generation of Neo-Porte members along with Ceo Kazari, Kasukano Utsuro, and Konkon Aria.

He has short, asymmetrical blonde hair that slightly overlaps one of his eyes, which are pink and a mole next to them. He has a yellow piercing.

Kazari's YouTube channel was created on 13 April 2023 and his Twitter account also created in the same month. His first tweet was made on 2 May 2023.
