With a speech tone always clear, Cersea is a woman with a lot of silly jokes and charm in store. She also has a serious side when it comes to happiness. She does her best to be seen one day by her fans as some inspiration or source of comfort. Beside all this charisma, Cersea is also a dork able to embarrass herself.

She has long black hair with mint green undertones and light green eyes. The green tips of her hair burn like fire. She has a toggle to shorten her hair. Under her eye-patch, she has a functional right eye, but it differs from her other eye for its pupil is a cross. On her face, there are two moles: one below her left eye, and one below her mouth. The white part of her eyes can turn black to make her look more surnatural. Her tongue is green. She wears a black pirate hat with a red rag. Her earring is an anchor. Her main piece of outfit is an elegant black and white dress with many openings exposing her skin, especially her left leg. Green ghostly chains hang up on her right side. The low side of her dress ends up on a pattern of green fire. She can hold a lantern which is also an aquarium for fish skeletons.
