Charlotte "Charlie" Morgan was an independent non-binary English-speaking Virtual YouTuber formerly associated with NEXAS, as part of its second wave Class Nebulink.

Charlie has long yellow-orange hair with darker orange tones across the hairstyle tied in a high ponytail that is exposed behind a white cap. They have turquoise eyes, and X shaped hairpins of the same color. Their cap rim has two decorative hoops and an orange heart sits in the middle of the hats center.
Charlie wears a white t-shirt, a jacket with paint splotches and emojis, black short shorts, ripped black pantyhose, black leg warmers and white sneakers. They are holding a spraycan in one of their hands.

On 25 July, Charlie made their debut on AniLive. They would become the 10th member of Class Nebulink to debut.
On 1 October, Charlie announced that they would debut on Twitch on 6 October.[1]
