She is the last and only master of the Grand Archives mansion at this moment, serving by the "Negen van juwelen" or the nine jewels, who has a duty to serve and protect her as the guardian maid squad. Charlotte have her own personal maid, Gentiana Helix, who has a duty to protects her by her side. She is always dresses that represents her master position. "Dress of the grand archive" where she always hides her appearance and her face.
Right now, based on the mansion's cyclopedia, we still can't figure out how the current grand archive's master Charlotte is related to "Amesia" the previous master, we only know the two of them have such a very similar appearance.[1]

Charlotte is 165 cm tall. She wears long white and blue dress with blue rose on her neck. Her hair is white with white bunny ear. Her eyes are blue. She wears blue bandana with crescent moon decoration hanging on her ears.

Charlotte's YouTube channel was created on 18 July 2021. Her Twitter account was created in December 2021. Her silhouette was shared on the same day with her 2nd generation mate.[2] On 30 December 2021, Charlotte revealed her face and upper part of her body, alongside with her 2nd Generation unit mate, Ninomiya Sho and Alden Ryouken.[3]
On 7 January, Charlotte debuted.[4]
