On 3 July, V&U announced the third generation called "Oracle," consisting of 5 members with their respective codenames: ORACLE_O, ORACLE_R, ORACLE_A, ORACLE_C, and ORACLE_E.[2]
On 14 July, V&U uploaded a trailer video introducing 5 members of the third generation: Echo Lyne, Suri Solari, Maeve Kagekiri, Cyon Hart, and Meeta Osita.[3] She made her first tweet on the same day.[4]

So she decides to gather informants from the internet world with her overflowing charm, to help her find and steal the internet's greatest treasures!
