Dizzy Dokuro (髑髏ディズィー) is a female English Virtual YouTuber affiliated with Phase-Connect's second wave of "Phase Invaders" alongside Ember Amane, and Jelly Hoshiumi.

Dizzy is a responsible, self-contained and painstaking person. She can play with her charms, but aside she likes acting creepy. Dizzy can out of the blue insinuate worrisome things and mark after it a long awkward silence, while doing her big eyes stare. Even her content generally contains creepy or disturbing elements, as Dizzy is capable to go onto weird roleplay ideas.

She has medium length dark blue hair with two tiny buns on top and two hair drills lower down. She has red eyes. Her ears are long and pointed, extending to the side at a very steep angle. She wears a dark blue dress with sleeves and a short skirt with a translucent window in it. She has a red ribbon tied around each bicep. She also sometimes wears a bonnet, which she can remove. She wears shibari ropes tied around her chest, which she can also remove. She has gloves on her hands and wears black tights. Her high heels are black.

Her YouTube channel was created on 16 October 2022, her Twitter account was created in July 2020.
On 1 and 2 April 2023, OffKai Expo announced that three members of Phase-Connect would be appearing at the event which would be held from 16 to 18 June 2023.[1][2][3]
On 16 May, Phase-Connect officially announced Dizzy as one of three new member of "Phase Invaders."[4] Dizzy debuted on her YouTube channel on 27 May 2023.
2023[]
On 29 May, Dizzy reached 10,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel during a Dredge stream.[5]
On 5 June, she celebrated her channel monetization and enabled Super Chat feature.[6]
On 16 August. Dizzy celebrated her first Birthday stream to a surprisingly big amount of birthday wishes on a website called Kudoboard.[7]
On 21 October, she reached 20,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.

On 31 August, Dizzy revealed her second outfit durring her Phase Weekly stream. She also announced that she will have her 2nd program called "90 minutes till midnight" on the Phase Connect YouTube channel [8]

- Amanogawa Shiina mentioned that Dizzy was her manager during several months before she joined the Phase Invaders, and so abandonned all her manager functions.[8]
- Prior to this, Dizzy had previously worked as a VTuber but had retired due to a number of circumstances. One of the factors that had convinced her to audition for Phase-Connect was a surprise outpouring of support for her past life.
- After her introduction as Phase Invader, Dizzy took over Phase Weekly, Phase-Connect's weekly highlight broadcast, that was beforehand held by different Phase-Connect members between each episode.
- Dizzy is a notorious skin walker, and sometimes uses her senpai Lia's old model, or "skin," as a costume to tease her. She says they keep it in Phase-Connect's warehouse.
