Ellie Minibot is a female android VTuber who debuted 18 September 2022.[5] She currently streams on Twitch under the username Ellie_Minibot.
Personality[]
Ellie enjoys talking about animals, especially bugs, and is very knowledgeable about them. She enjoys educating her viewers about the topics she's confident in but becomes easily flustered outside her realm of expertise. Her nervousness is especially noticeable when she suddenly gets a large influx of viewership. She suffers from crippling imposter syndrome.
Appearance[]
Ellie is a white-haired android girl with amber-colored eyes. She wears a white strapless summer dress with a blue string ribbon bow. She has two light blue antennae, one above each ear. On the right side of her chest, she has a glowing white heart, which pulses to the beat of her actual heart.[6] Next to each antenna she has a pair of blue and orange hairpins, which alternate in color order on each side, all with green LED tips.
She has a toggle to replace her antennae with robotic cat ears. They are attached with hinges and have a blue interiors. She calls this toggle "KittyBot."
She also has a toggle to redden her eyes, replace her antennae with red robotic devil horns, and cast a shadow over her face. She calls this toggle "SassBot."
Ellie is usually seen with a Codebug on her shoulder. However, these can also be toggled to perform a variety of different movements. For example, she can prompt her shoulder Codebug do the Club Penguin Dance, hold up a Codebug on her right hand's index finger, or have a Codebug rest on her right antenna. She can also trigger a toggle to hold a large Codebug plush in her arms.
Additionally, she can equip a banjo. A Codebug rests on the banjo's body, and it has a pink hollow heart embossed on its headstock. She uses this during streams where she plays the banjo.
Relationships[]
Ellie is good friends with YourAverageBo, and collabs with him frequently. She is also the creator of his VTuber model.
She refers to MinikoMew and CerberVT as her "honorary VTuber sisters."[7]
Thanks to her background in engineering, Vedal worked with Ellie to design and assemble Neuro-sama's robot dog body. Jokingly, she refers to herself as "Vedal's boss", although she is not paid for the project, and it is only a passion project. She is friends with Vedal outside of this.
She sees herself as Neuro-sama's aunt due to her work on Neuro's robot dog body.[8][9]
Ellie is a member of the Twitch Team VRobo alongside HoneyTheKawaiiBunny and Shoomimi.
She is also friends with Gomi and Cha Cha.

On 18 September, Ellie debuted as a VTuber.[5]
2023[]
On 12 July, Ellie released her original song Afar.
On 27 October, Ellie released her original song Together.
2024[]
On 26 July, Ellie released her original song Bugs.
On 3 October, Ellie started her "Hireathon," an event similar to a subathon that lasts as long as viewers keep contributing to the timer, or until she gets another job.[10]
On 11 November, Ellie's Hireathon ended with her getting her dream job.[11]
2025[]
On 3 January, Ellie released her original song Don't Look Down.
On 4 January, Ellie debuted a new model.[12]

Ellie's fans are called "Codebugs," orange robot bugs with mandibles, eight legs, black beady eyes, and with 4 light blue stripes on their backs. A green LED light sits on each end of the front stripe. Their design is based on pill bugs, and their name is a reference to bugs in code.
Trivia[]
- In addition to VTubing, she also works as a robotics engineer.
- Her chest heart that normally pulses to the pace of her real heart rate occasionally does not beat at all during some streams. In these scenarios it can be inferred that her heart rate monitor is not attached, rather than her heart not beating.
