Enma Ruri (焔魔るり) is a female Japanese Virtual Singer associated with LIVE UNION and former member of Urara Jogakuin Housoubu.

Appearance[]
She has long purple hair in pigtails with a single red streak and blue hair ribbons with a red rose. Her eyes are a light reddish-brown. She has a purple earring.
History[]
2018[]
Her Twitter account was created in October 2018.
On 22 October, her debut stream was held on REALITY, as part of a debut relay with other members of Urara Jogakuin Housoubu.[2]
On 24 December, she released her first cover in collaboration with fellow member Hoshino Meguri. On 30 December a video was released on Twitter. [3]
2019[]
On 28 January, her group's self-introductions were posted on their group channel (うら学放送部ーUraGaku Channelー).[4]
On 2 February, she posted her first YouTube video.[5]
On 2 March, she posted her first solo cover video.[6]
On 2 May, she became the first Urara Jogakuin Housoubu member to create a solo channel on YouTube. She uploaded her first video the next day and her first cover video the day after.
On 22 June, she had her first stream on SHOWROOM, using a fanmade VRoid model. [7]
On 12 August, she made her first major event appearance at REALITY FESTIVAL3, as a reward for finishing in first place in the REALITY competition "Koshiki Uta Bangumi Debut Event" the month prior. By extension, she received her first original 3D model at this time.[8][9]
On 23 August, it was announced that her group would be disbanded at the end of the month, with final group collabs on REALITY on 31 August. She continued her activities independently on REALITY, YouTube and SHOWROOM.[10]
On 9 September, she had her first stream on YouTube.[11]
On 14 September, she had her first collab stream on YouTube with Hoshino Meguri.[12]
On 22 September, she had her first live YouTube collaboration with creators outside of her group, including Fukuya Master and INSIDEChan Mark2.[13]
Also on 23 September, Ruri was selected to appear as a final candidate for ENTUM VTuber Midy's 1st Vtuber Utauma Senshuken original song project.[14]
On 22 October, for her 1st anniversary, she released a remastered full version of her first cover with Hoshino Meguri.[15]
2020[]
On 1 January, she revealed a new design and Live2D model.[16]
On 30 March, she became a founding member of RK Music's Virtual Singer Production LIVE UNION alongside HACHI.[17]
On 4 April, she was selected as one of the 10 finalists for Tokyo V Project's live performance project.[18]
On 13 April, Ruri was confirmed to have won the REALITY "BotchiBoromaru Gakkyoku Teikyou Event" contest run during the prior month, and with it the rights to an original song produced by the group. On 8 August, she released the MV for her first original song "Hinoko."[19]
On 20 June, she revealed her second original 3D model.[20]
On 22 October, for her 2nd anniversary, Ruri held her first one-man live on REALITY's Cluster VR platform, and streamed it on YouTube, both for free.[21][22]
On 27 November, Ruri was appointed as the third ambassador for HTC VIVE.[23]
2021[]
On 4 November, Ruri debuted a 3D chibi model.[24]
2022[]
On 17 March, Ruri debuted new accessories for her 3D chibi model.[25]
On 20 October, she reached 10,000 subscribers on YouTube channel during a karaoke stream.[26]
On 22 October, for her 4th anniversary, she debuted her third 3D model.[27]
Trivia[]
- She loves shonen manga.
- Her dream is to sing the theme song of an anime adaption of a manga.
- She shares the same character designer with Enna Alouette of Nijisanji EN, Nebi Nebu of PixelLink and Terra 404 of V4Mirai.
- For a long time, she edited her cover videos herself with an iPad.
- Her original model was simply a standard avatar made for use in the REALITY mobile streaming application.
