Faust

Faust is a male English speaking eldritch independent VTuber. He debuted officially on 14 July 2022. Faust is a harbinger of ancient forces, drawn to our world’s fleeting curiosities. He's come to observe our world’s trivial pursuits before it succumbs to the inevitable.[1]

Personality[]

Faust has a calm personality, very rarely prone to raising his voice or becoming truly angry. He has a deep and soothing voice that relaxes anyone who comes by. His personality type is INTJ and always looks at every situation with a critical eye, prefering analysis before action. Favoring information gathering before taking action, particularly in games he plays.

He's also known for being quiet, not speaking much in social situations. However, he can be found talking quite a bit about his special interests on and off stream. He is very blunt and straightforward when speaking about things, never with the intent of upsetting someone, just being honest.

Appearance[]

Faust is a tall eldritch being, adorned in the finest of suits. He has purple hair and purple eyes. Always seen wearing his signature round glasses, even in his perfected form. On his suit, you can find 2 of his 19 visible eyes. His coat appears normal on top but as you look further down, it trails off into tentacles. In both forms, he has one normal hand with a black leather glove and one corrupted hand. On Faust's suit, he is adorned with two belts, a lapel and two pins accenting his dress shirt.[2]

In his perfected form, his hair grows in length and his scleras turn black, retaining his purple irises. A purple crown decends on him and his coat now shows more of his eyes instead of the tentacles. A single drop of ichor can be seen dripping from his eye in his perfected form.

History[]

  • Faust first began streaming on 14 July 2022 with a PNG from Picrew
  • He then transitioned to a premade model in October 2022
  • He debuted his current and custom model from 5IGMAN on 25 April 2024

Mascot and fans[]

  • Faust's community is known as the Chosen. The Chosen are depicted as wearing black cloaks with purple trim. Those new to the Chosen have not selected a sovereign to pledge to and thus look normal. Over time and once a sovereign has been selected, the Chosen begin to form features relating to their sovereign
  • Among the Chosen, a select few are known as his Arbiters who carry out his orders and enforce his rule. Arbiters are adorned in finer robes and accessories with their sovereign features.
  • Faust's mascot is Yog,[3] beloved among the Chosen. The Warden of All That Watches, an agent of the Sovereign of Vision.

  • Hates bananas, avocado, and Greek yogurt (among many others).
  • Favorite energy drink is Monster (specifically white).
  • Dislikes bitter foods, prefers overly sweet things.
  • Knows French, Spanish, and Latin but not fluent in these languages.
