Aza (阿萨/Āsà) is a male Chinese Virtual UP (bilibili content creator) from VirtuaReal sixth generation alongside Yagi, Tabibito, and Roi. He is the first VirtuaReal Project member to reach 1 million followers on bilibili and is currently the most followed male Chinese VUP worldwide.

| Moving in from an unknown place, a person lives alone at home; a mysterious youth who goes outside extremely rarely. Even the neighbours around know precious little about him. He is infatuated with art, often staying up late to ponder the most suitable notes and tempos. This type of preciseness is also embodied in his way of life; he doesn’t like complicated things, only pursuing practicability and effectiveness. Currently he seems to be worried about his own methods of income. Aza is mischievous, charming and particularly good at scamming tricking people, as demonstrated during VirtuaReal's Liar Game.[3] He is also easily scared, even though he claims that he isn't. Despite his toilet humour, Aza is still one of the more "seiso" members of VirtuaReal, in contrast to many of his fans, which often leads to interesting banter during his streams. He also insists that he is a macho manly man and often emphasizes his physical fitness.

He has short blonde hair with blue-green streaks and blue and pink eyes. He wears a hooded jacket with a green inner lighting and pointed ears with speakers. He has blue jeans and a black devil tail.

Debut[]
On 18 November 2020, the VirtuaReal bilibili account revealed Aza's silhouette accompanied by a teaser passage.[4]
On 20 November 2019, VirtuaReal officially announced the sixth generation of livers.[5]
On 23 November 2019, Aza released his first video, a cover of Isshinfuran by Umatora.
On 30 November 2019, Aza released his self-introduction video.[6]
On 1 December 2019, the sixth wave made their debuts in a stream relay from 19:00 to 22:00 CST. Aza was the last to debut on bilibili.[7]
2020[]
On 18 January, released the first song as ROZA.[8]
On 1 May, Aza and Roi revealed their ROZA unit costumes.
On 8 August, Aza and Roi participated in the Bilibili World event and revealed their 3D models for the first time.[9]
On 5 September, Aza had his official 3D debut.
On 25 October, Aza celebrated his 100k fans and the the same time revealed his Live2D maid outfit visual.[10]
On 25 December, Aza revealed, during his Christmas stream, his Live2D Christmas cat form visual.[11]

On 1 April, Aza participated in the 2021 VirtuaFake event alongside Roi, Nanami and Ruki using special "QQ" 3D models.[12]

On 1 May, Aza revealed his 3.0 brushup.[13]

On 28 May 2022, Aza hosted the VirtuaReal 3rd Anniversary celebration stream.[16]
On 5 August, Aza reached 1,000,000 subscribers on bilibili.[17]
On 20 August, Aza reached 5,000 captains (membership) on bilibili.[18]
On 28 August, Aza reached 200,000 followers on Twitter.[19]
On 4 November, held the fan-meeting event "远行" (Farewell) for ROZA. The meeting was held at the KāixīnMáhuā Theater, Shanghai.[note 1][20]
2023[]
On 15 April, participated in the 3RD MUSIC MIX UP!! 3D live concert[21]
On 6 May, participated in the Churyūn Custom organized by Churyūn (Higuchi Kaede, Yorumi Rena, Matsukai Mao). He teamed up with Selen and Bonnivier Pranaja from NIJISANJI. Aza was the leader.[22]
On 21-23 June, Aza participated in VirtuaReal's VR-Cup Calabiyau tournament with teammates Nanami, Susam, Mayumi, and Girimi.[23] Aza served as the captain and they won the first place of the tournament.
On 25 June, Aza participated in Tiktok's Project Idou 3D stage.[24]

- "VR F4" (also 673 or 674)- Aza, Yagi, Tabibito and Roi. They debuted together.
- "ROZA" - Aza and Roi
- Unitized on 18 January 2020 with the release of their first cover song as a duo, Insomnia Flight by JieGeWen, KaiYiQiang.
- The unit name is composed of two parts: RO from Roi and ZA from Aza.
- VRSKT" / "VR烧烤摊" VR ShāoKǎoTān- Hoshimi, Nanami, Mitsusa, Yagi and Aza. The name is a parody of a famous Korean e-Sports team SKT.
- Hoshimi - Hoshimi frequently spars with Aza verbally. Some people secretly call their coupling "aho".
- Nanami - The two also spars from time to time, although not as frequently as Hoshimi and Aza. Aza often plays childish pranks whenever he meets Nanami.[33]
- "兄弟连" Xiōngdìlián - Aza, Susam and Yog. Trio that often plays games together. It is also the name of an original song by the trio (written by Aza, featuring APEX Legends).

- In his self-introduction video, when he was asked for his species, his answer was censored. It is a common joke among fans that he is a succubus in disguise, which is reinforced by the fact that he has a pointy tail and often insists he is purely human.
- There are theories that he is the Outer God Azathoth, to which Aza has replied with: "Is that so, I didn't know."[35]

- Aza sang the opening for the donghua 大王饶命 (Spare Me, Great Lord!), 不好惹.
- He is extremely afraid of bugs. A clip of him screaming because of a bug became popular overseas, much to his despair.
- After moving to a new place where bugs frequently appear, he eventually got used to them.
