Fujikura Uruka (藤倉ウルカ), is a female English Virtual YouTuber and a member of Phase-Connect, debuting as part of its First Generation alongside Rinkou Ashelia, Pipkin Pippa, Tenma Maemi, Hakushika Iori, Shisui Michiru and Utatane Nasa.

Personality[]
Even though Uruka has a rough voice that makes her sound like a tomboy, she is a relaxed person. Unlike most of Phase-Connect, she hardly shows signs of toxic behavior or an affinity for pervy jokes.
Appearance[]
She has long blue hair that has a hair loop and sidebraid with bear-ear like hair accessories. She has streaks of light blue in her bangs and an inner light blue under/behind her neck with matching eyes as well. One of her bear ears as a tiny piece missing.

On 20 June 2021, Uruka debuted on YouTube.
2021[]
On 21 August, Uruka premiered her first solo cover, "KING" by Kanaria. She reached 10,000 subscribers on YouTube on the same day.
2022[]
On 28 November, her YouTube channel hit 40,000 subscribers.
2023[]
On 18 March, Uruka premiered her first original song, [1]Kata no Ni.
On 6 July, her YouTube channel reached 50,000 subscribers.
2024[]
On 28 January, her YouTube channel reached 60,000 subscribers.
On 3 February, Uruka debuted her second outfit.[2]
On 26 July, Uruka reached 100,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel. She became the 5th member of Phase-Connect to reach this milestone.

- On 8 February 2022, OffKai Expo's Twitter account announced that Fujikura Uruka and many VTubers would appear as guests in "OffKai Expo" which would be held from 29 April to 1 May.[3]
- On 4 June 2023, Uruka performed a live concert at Offkai Expo, held at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport in Burlingame, CA.
- On 30 May 2024, Anime Expo's Twitter Account announced that Uruka will be performing in TUBEOUT! alongside other vtubers at Anime Expo in Los Angeles, CA.
