Personality[]
Fulgur initially played the part as a dead serious "edgelord" character on debut, but quickly revealed a more natural side of himself afterwards. Nowadays, Fulgur is more straightforward, relaxed, sarcastic, and more than occasionally unhinged. He has a tendency to laugh very easily, and often displays a dramatic and dorky side. However, he occasionally reuses his original Legatus persona for dramatizations or roleplay.

He has silver, slightly asymmetrical hair. Fulgur has a red line over his left silver eye that bears resemblance to an ECG. The slogans on Fulgur's jacket and belts are saikyō, jōnetsu, justice, and cyborg (written in leetspeak). He has a device called a NetJack attached to the front of his belt.[4]

On 18 June 2021, NIJISANJI EN opened two sets of auditions, one of which was specifically for male Livers. The male-specific auditions lasted until 1 August.[5]
On 22 February 2022, NIJISANJI EN announced the upcoming debut of its fifth wave, "Noctyx", accompanied by a teaser featuring the new Livers' designs and voices.[6]
Fulgur's YouTube channel was created on 7 February 2022, and his Twitter account also created in the same month. His first tweet was made on 22 February 2022.
Debut[]
Noctyx made their debuts on 27 February 2022 (JST) as part of a special debut program hosted on the NIJISANJI EN channel, with commentary provided by Reimu Endou and Ike Eveland. Fulgur was the fourth of the group to debut. Afterwards, all five members of Noctyx appeared on the main channel.
An original song sung by Noctyx, "Stuck in The Abyss", was released shortly after the debut program. The lyrics and music were by MATZ and BBY NABE, and the song was produced by the former.[7]
2022[]
On 12 March, Fulgur opened memberships on his YouTube channel.[8]
On 21 March, Fulgur reached 100,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel.[9]
On 22 April, Fulgur's Sakura Bloom 2022 voice pack and goods went up for sale.[10]
On 24 May, Fulgur reached 200,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel and 300,000 followers on his Twitter account.[11]
On 28 May,[12] Fulgur congratulated VirtuaReal on their third anniversary during their special program.[13]

On 16 October, Fulgur released his first original song, "Legatus 505", via TuneCore and an accompanying music video on YouTube. The song and music video are related to his Legatus 505 lore.[17]
2023[]
On 27 February, Fulgur released an instrumental version of his second original song "Enshrouding" which is related to the Archivist 404 lore.
On 2 May, NIJISANJI EN's official Twitter announced that Fulgur would be going on hiatus for health reasons. A return date was not determined at the time, but the announcement indicated that Fulgur would provide further updates on Twitter when possible.[18]
He eventually returned to streaming officially on June 4th but was active on Twitter earlier and was doing collabs.
2024[]
On 21 February, Fulgur and the other members of Noctyx relesed their second original song "BREAK FREE", to celebrate Noctyx's 2-year anniversary.
On 4 March, Fulgur anounced he would be debuting a new archivist model on 9 March.[19]
On 5 March, Fulgur anounced that along with the new model debut, he would be releasing his second original song Enshrouding.[20]

On 19 April, Fulgur announced that he would be graduating on 5 May 2025.[21][22]

- On 24 June 2022, a Sweets Paradise collaboration involving Noctyx and Ranunculus was announced, running from 1 July to 7 August.[23]
- On 13 July 2022, Fulgur announced that he and Uki Violeta would be attending Animation-Comic-Game Hong Kong 2022 as guests holding a panel on 1 August,[24] which was also later streamed live on YouTube.[25]

- Fulgur's Fuu-chan nickname first appeared in a Tweet reply from Yugo on 22 February 2022. Yugo used this nickname since he had trouble pronouncing Fulgur Ovid,[37] but it is now widely used by many and arguably more than Fulgur's actual name.

- His debut lore video presented him as a "Legatus", a cyborg super-soldier working for a post-apocalyptic city-state. However, Fulgur later revealed that this was all just an elaborate roleplay to mess with Vox, and that he's actually just an ordinary person with cyborg body parts who works as an archivist.
