Furi Ferntail is an independent female English-speaking Virtual YouTuber who primarily streams Minecraft and Pokemon.
She was part of VReverie's generation 3 "Guardians" alongside Arial Yuriko, Estella Starfall, Kamiko Rinona and Scarlett Flameheart.

Profile[]
A Forest Hermit. Lost in the woods as a child, Furi was raised by the animals of the forest. Learning how cruelly the animals were treated by the humans, she and her companion Tachi vowed to stay in the forest as its protectors forever.[2]
Furi is a stoat, or a short-tailed weasel. But often calls herself a weasel for simplicity. Tachi, the ermine on her shoulder, is an illegitimate business owner who only Furi can understand. Her fans are the 'Business Associates', (Or 'BA') and work for Tachi.
Personality[]
Furi is a respectful person with a lot of creativity and passion for streaming. She likes to have everything around herself organized, and is weak for a lot of different cute girls.
Appearance[]
She has medium length brunette hair with bright green underneath and a green and orange streak in her bangs with light green eyes and animal ears and an ahoge.
History[]
2024[]
On 24 July, she changed her Twitter handle by removing the mention of "VReverie" from it. She later also removed "[VReverie]" from her channel name.
Between 9 and 11 August went to the convention of VeXpo, cosplaying as her own VTuber character.
On 27 August, Furi announced she would take a break from streaming activities because of internal company issues.[3] She gave regularly partial updates on Twitter during this break, notably repeating she was waiting a certain confirmation from management.[4] She stopped giving any update since 18 September. Later, Furi would reveal that this hiatus had notably for goal to negotiate the purchase of her VTuber IP, because she knew VReverie would soon close, but then her hiatus turned into a suspension for appearing at VeXpo (yet with her company's approval).[1]
After VReverie's closure, her status is still undetermined. On 29 December 2024, her Twitter account reposted many fanarts in her art tag.
2025[]
Going independent[]
On 17 January, Furi announced that she has left VReverie and has gone independent.[5]
On 18 January, Furi made her return on stream. She explained where she went during her hiatus, why she disappeared, what are her projects, and things she wants to change.[1] Including a model 2.0 slated for April.
On 5 April, she redebuted with her 2.0 brush-up. She got her chest flattened, got her ears corrected, took off some assets not corresponding to her standards, and can now wear long pants instead of short pants.[6]

- On 16 March 2025, Furi participated in the VTUBER COOK-OFF! Overcooked 2 Tournament organized by Remia Aotsuki as part of "Team Fortnite" along with Kamiko Rinona. They competed against "Silly Sandwich" (Amaya Whisper & Cera Luceria) in round 1, but lost.
- On 15 June 2024, Furi participated in the Kouhai Karaoke Relay 2024 organized by Hiyori Mokami, to celebrate her recent debut. She sung mostly parody Minecraft songs.
- On 17 June 2024, Furi attended the VSMP's grand opening, Organised by Kanna Yanagi. She would then go on to become an organizer for the VSMP2.
- On 24 August 2024, Furi participated in Mario Kart Summer Madness!! organized by Kanna Yanagi. She played Lemmy Koopa and qualified to the finals, but was unable to take part in the final race due to network error.
- On 20 June 2025, Furi participated in Rowa Arctos's VTaglocke2025 : Pokemon Black Version. She completed the second leg of the race and beat Gym 2.

- Furi claims to not be a Mormon, however this claim has not been verified by any 3rd party, and so there is a chance that she is in fact a Mormon psyop vtuber to appeal to and attract more modern Mormon converts.
