2018[]
On 18 August 2018, GEMS COMPANY created its YouTube channel, marking the start of the group with 11 members.
On 19 August 2018, the group published its first YouTube video introducing all the members of GEMS COMPANY.[1]
2023[]
On 22 February 2023, it was announced that GEMS COMPANY would participate in "Life Like a Live! 5".
2024[]
On 27 June 2024, GEMS COMPANY announced that they will be singing the ending theme of the anime NieR:Automata Ver1.1a Part 2 titled "Hai to Inori"[2] A music video was released on 5 July 2024 on Sony Music Japan's YouTube Channel.[3][4]
On 27 November 2024, GEMS COMPANY announced that they will be ending their current form of activities after the conclusion of online live “Endless Coda” that will be held on 7 December 2024. The group also noted that it will keep the fans updated on its future activities.[5]
