Garu (月沢/Yuè zé) was a female Chinese Virtual UP (bilibili content creator) affiliated with VirtuaReal, under VirtuaReal Project, as part of its twentieth generation alongside Ayumi, Mizuki, Richi, Mikoto, Urushiha, Hajime and Kurau.

This innocent and lovely girl is named Tsukizawa Garu, and she comes from the blue and clean sea country. When she was fiddling with the shell antenna at home, she accidentally received the (children) channel of the human world, and was addicted to the idol animation broadcast at six o'clock every night, so she decided to go to the human world alone to chase her dream of singing and dancing-but because of inexperience and lack of common sense, she always regrets losing the election.
One day, she was kicking shells at the beach to decompress, and she ran into a strange human being who stared straight at the sight of her. This person didn't ask indiscriminately, pointing at her and exclaiming "octopus girl", this made Garu, who hated being recognized as an octopus the most, so angry that his tentacles stretched. Background[]
On 26 August 2023, VirtuaReal announced their twentieth generation of Virtual Livers, including Garu, in an article accompanied by their designs and profiles.[1] The article focuses on Kismet, the female part of the generation. She uploaded her first video on the same day. At the end of the video, it was announced that she would debut on 3 September.
Retirement[]
On 29 August 2023, VirtuaReal announced that they had terminated Garu and Kurau's contracts. In Garu's case, she was involved in leaking company secrets.[2] As a result, both of their social media accounts will be deleted.
Trivia[]
- Asides from speaking Chinese, she could also speak English and Japanese.
- She is an INFP (Mediator).
- She shares the same character designer with Susu.
- She was the only member in Kismet whose English name does not end with the letter "I".
- Due to her termination, all members of Kismet have names that end with the letter "I". Should she had not been terminated, she would've been the only one in that unit whose name doesn't end that way.
- She and Kurau were the only VirtuaReal members that never debuted.
