Gentiana is the one of protagonists in grand archives. She is part of a group of maid who served Charlotte Sylvilia in her mansion.
Gentiana is the member of the "Negen van juwelen" the guardian maid squad of the Grand Archives, which are the Servant of Syvilia clan. Her position is the Jewel of three. She currently serves and protects young Miss Charlotte (The present master of grand archive) as a personal maid.[1]

Helix is gentle and motherly. She is very calm and often shows affection. Helix also loves to flirts and sometimes tease with suggestive jokes. Although she claims to be "pure and innocent."[2]

A beautiful and cool girl, she have black-purple hair and purple-eyes. Her pupils turned into heart shapes when she felt shy. Her ears have two colors, her right ear is white and her left ear is black. She wears a black maid outfit with purple decorations and a white apron. She can alters her appearance of clothing to suit different roles and carry out her duties.

On 4 September, Gentiana shared part of her body with her face still not revealed.[4]
On 7 September, Gentiana revealed her face and upper part of her body. Along with that, she also shared her official tags.[5]
On 24 September Gentiana debuted.[6]
On 29 October, she reached 10,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.[7]
On 5 November, Gentiana opened her YouTube channel's membership feature.[8]
On 14 December, she reached 20,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.[9]

On 13 February, Gentiana reached 30,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel during a "Ring Fit" stream.[10]
On 25 April, she reached 40,000 subscribers on YouTube channel.[11]
On 18 May, SNOWDROP LIVE's Twitter announced that all 1st Generation's members would get new model.[12]
On 25 May, during her birthday, Helix debuted her new model.[13]
