Trivia[]
Muscle Training Apex[]
Also known as KinTore Apex (筋トレApex, stands for 筋肉トレーニングApex Kinniku Toreeningu Apex), is a workout program developed by Gorilla using Apex Legends' match result to determine how many counts of workout set one will have after each round ends.
Rules:[]
- Everyone starts with a set of 50 base counts each round.
- Team rank placement - determines how many counts will be deducted from base count for all players each match.
1st place: -50 counts
2nd place: -30 counts
3-5th place: -20 counts
6-10th place: -10 counts
11-20th place: -0 counts - Kill point bonus - every 1 kill point will deduct 5 counts from the player's set.
- Female player will only do 3/5 of their total counts.
- Excess kill points (eg. if the team won 1st place and the person has kill point on top of that) will be multiplied by 3 counts and the owner will "give" it to other chosen teammate(s) as their additional counts.
- For each time anyone got revived by re-spawn beacon will get additional 20 counts, and this cannot be reduced by any other terms (kill points and female players discount). Because of this rule, players tend to prioritise reviving their teammates as many times as possible for whatever it takes to make them suffer for fun.
- The type of workout (push-ups, squats, etc.) can be determined by discussion among teammates.
For anyone interested on using the training program, feel free to do so and no need to ask for Gorilla's permission.
Clipping Policy[]
In regards to stream clipping, Gorilla has addressed the issue on his twitter. The policies addressed are:
- Please refrain from clipping his streams, especially when he is the main focus of the clip.
- For collaboration stream, as long as it was taken from a different point of view (POV), it is OK to have him on the clip (as long as he is not the main focus of the clip).
- In case of collab stream (eg. Valheim) when he is the only apparent POV, it is ok to use his stream for clipping (again, as long as he is not the main focus of the clip). Be sure to check the other streamers' clipping policy first.
Miscellaneous[]
- Virtual Gorilla has reached the rank of Apex Predator in Apex Legends a number of times, causing him to be consistently among the most expensive players points-wise in Shibuya HAL's VSaikyou Apex tournaments.
