Hakari Kanna (はかりかんな), originally known simply as Kanna, is a female Japanese virtual YouTuber. She was a member of Starry Sky Academy alongside Amaki Okome and Natsume Shishi.

She has brown hair in pigtails held up in white round bead hairties and light green eyes. She has an orange tracksuit with black and white headphones that has an orange star on the ear area.
History[]
Background[]
Her YouTube channel was created on 29 June 2018, with her Twitter account also created on June. Officially her YouTube debut was on 12 July,[1] however she uploaded two "Prologue" videos, the first one was uploaded on 2 July.[2]
2018[]
On 20 August, as part of Starry Sky Academy, she debuted her 3D swimsuit costume during a stream on Okome's channel.[3]
On 1 October, she debuted her school uniform 3D costume, during a stream.[4]
2019[]
On 19 March, her agency disbanded, however Kanna continued her activities independently.[5] Following the disband she started using bilibili as her main platform instead of YouTube.
On 20 March, she debuted her 3D idol costume during a short clip on her bilibili channel.[6]
On 12 June she revealed that she would join Ferret Girl's Academy, now using a new design, wearing an orange and white jacket with headphones.[7][8]
On 29 June, she debuted a new 2D model based on the previously revealed design, during a collaboration with Natsuiro Matsuri.[9] However this stream was unavailable until it was reuploaded on 10 July.[10]
On 24 December, she debuted her second 2D costume based on her original design.[11]
Trivia[]
- She had a strong start on YouTube, thanks to an advertisement campaign, where she demostrated a lot of skill in Fortnite doing various challenges.
- Her challenges were well received and her channel saw a rapid growth even reaching top 50 in total subscriptions among VTubers.
- She was a member of Starry Sky Academy's idol group "Ashuu" which was originally called "Okashi" a combination of the names of its members.
- Her favorite Pokémon is Slowpoke.[12]
- Even after the disband of Starry Sky Academy, Kanna has done infrequent collaborations with Amaki Okome.[13]
