Hanagasaki Ao (花ヶ崎あお) is a female Japanese Virtual YouTuber and a member of the independent VTuber group Date+Links!, debuting as part of its first generation. She introduces herself as a video creator on her own website and a technical team member for Date+Links! on her Twitter bio.[1]

Her Twitter account was created in February 2019. Her YouTube channel was created on 11 February, 2019.
2019[]
On 14 February, her character designer Date announced the formation of the independent VTuber group Date+Links!, which includes Ao, Uchi Suzume, Asahina Miya, Tono Riona, Natsume Momo and Tsuzaki Sharlotte as part of its first generation of VTubers.[3] This is considered their official debut date for anniversary purposes.
On 19 February, Ao did her first stream on YouTube.[4]
On 9 July, she debuted her second costume.[5] The theme is beachwear.
On 17 July, she debuted her third costume.[6] The theme is Japanese-style clothing.
2020[]
On 18 March, Ao premiered her duet with Uchi Suzume, a cover of Shoujo Rei (少女レイ) by Mikito-P feat. Hatsune Miku.
On 16 July, she premiered her cover of Ojama Mushi (おじゃま虫, Stickybug) by DECO*27 feat. Hatsune Miku.
On 10 November, she debuted her fourth costume.[7]
