Harusaki Air (春崎エアル) is a male Japanese Virtual YouTuber affiliated with NIJISANJI. Previously, he was a member of VOIZ alongside Naruse Naru, Kaminari Poaro, and Kurohane Kuroto, and later transferred to NIJISANJI SEEDs as part of its second generation's first batch alongside Kanda Shoichi, Asuka Hina, Amemori Sayo, Takamiya Rion, Naruto Kogane, and Maimoto Keisuke.

A 26 year old foreign prince. He has a calm personality and gets along well with others. When he gets on a topic he's passionate about, he tends to get carried away and talk for a long time. Despite his mature demeanour, he's a self-confessed and widely-recognized sweet tooth.[1]

Listeners tend to joke that despite his calm and princely demeanour, he's actually a (former) salaryman obsessed with sweets, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and lewd games.

He has dark blue hair with bangs, and light grey-pink eyes. He has a beauty mark under his left eye that is often covered by his bangs.

Background[]
Air's channel was created on 8 June 2018 and his first YouTube video was uploaded on 23 June 2018. Air originally streamed very infrequently due to his demanding work duties (referred often to as his 'princely duties'). He once stated that his overtime hours had reached about 128 hours per month[2] and often shared intense work-related stories during streams. During this time, he was commonly referred to by peers and listeners alike as a 'company/corporate slave'.
2018[]
On 9 August, VOIZ was disbanded, and Air was transferred to NIJISANJI SEEDs, re-debuting as part of its second generation's first wave.
On 13 December, Ichikara Inc. announced that NIJISANJI Gamers and NIJISANJI SEEDs would merge with NIJISANJI by the end of the month.[3] As a result, Air is now officially affiliated with NIJISANJI.
2019[]
On 3 March 2019, he tweeted that he would be admitted to the hospital the following day.[4] He was discharged on 11 March 2019, and disclosed the following day via YouTube livestream that he had collapsed, which was diagnosed as being caused by overwork.
On 8 June 2019, he premiered his first cover of Nayutan Seijin's "Planet Loop" to celebrate his channel's 1st anniversary.
2020[]
On 24 April 2020, he premiered his cover of Nayutan Seijin's "Cosmology of NyanNyan". In the video description he expressed his thanks and excitement for nearing 40,000 channel subscribers.
On 18 July 2020, he debuted his first alternate outfit via YouTube livestream. It is a casual streetwear-styled outfit featuring a parka and track pants.
2021[]
On 13 June 2021, he unveiled his 2.0 brush-up via YouTube livestream.
On 25 July 2021, he revealed his second alternate outfit via YouTube livestream. It is a royal blue and grey prince-themed outfit with a cape, ribbons, and idol-themed accessories. The outfit came with a new key visual, replacing his original look from his debut,
On 15 Oct 2021, he premiered his long-awaited duet cover of Honeyworks’s “Romeo” with his debut partner Naruse Naru.
2022[]
On 12 March 2022, he celebrated reaching 100,000 subscribers via YouTube livestream.
On 3 September 2022, he announced that he was officially stepping away from his work duties,[5] and has since been able to stream more frequently.
2023[]
On 3 April 2023, he premiered his cover of flumpool's "Kimi ni Todoke" to celebrate his birthday.
On 16 June 2023, he debuted his much-anticipated official 3D model via YouTube livestream, during which he reached 150,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel.[6]
On 25 November 2023, he unveiled his 3.0 brush-up via YouTube livestream.
2024[]
On 31 August 2024, he participated in Naruse Naruse's graduation stream via call, later posting a tearful farewell on X.

- On 18 September 2021, Air participated in Apex Legends Reignite Cup #2 Arena Tournament as team "Ebifurya Tabetai" ('I want to eat shrimp-fry') along with Utuki Uyu (NORTHEPTION) and Shakabo (Fennel). The team lost in Block C qualifier match.[9]
- On 11 February 2023, he participated in the 2nd NIJISANJI Virtual Pachinko Tournament qualifiers and was unable to move past the qualifying match. Air however continued to play on his own for another high-energy 30 minutes, where he ended up on somewhat of a winning streak. As one of the only participants streaming his point of view of the match, the video ended up attracting many new viewers from the tournament. Viewers joked about the prince's habit of clocking overtime.

- "Airken" ("Airdog"/エアル犬) is a creature Air drew during a drawing stream in 2018. Airken has made many reappearances throughout the years in inside-jokes and fan interactions, and even appears as one of Air's very first YouTube membership icons in 2023.

- In 2021 in a response to a question, he revealed that he's had his tongue pierced[10] which led to him trending on Twitter with the search term '王子舌ピ' (Prince TonguePi).[11]
- He claims that his only special talents are 'landing hits with Splatoon's Inkbrush (Pablo/パブロ) and reverse parking'.[12]
- In 2019, he was noted to hold one of the highest male-female ratio of channel subscribers in NIJISANJI, with 82% female listeners.[13] The latest account (as of Oct 2022), is around 78% female listeners.[14]
- On January 2021, he joked that despite having streamed a relatively serious guide on playing and building card decks in Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist!, for some reason, the male listener ratio seemed to decrease afterwards.[15]
- Air is very passionate about Yu-Gi-Oh!. He has been playing since he was young and often makes references and character impressions during his streams. He frequently uploads Yu-Gi-Oh!-related livestreams, such as beginner guides, deck building and/or card pack opening streams, as well as ranked games on Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duels, where he's achieved Platinum Tier 1, the highest rank.
- He was named "Erogamer Prince" by Uzuki Kou, who is also a fan of erotic games (and alleged deputy head of the erotic game branch). Kenmochi Touya also jokes about Air's inclination for lewd games during the fourth NIJISANJI Mario Kart Cup , when Air is compared to him as 'the purer Kenmochi', ('きれい', versus dirty) — a running joke originating from the first Mario Kart tournaments.
