Hatsuka Neru (二十日ネル) is a female Japanese VTuber formerly affiliated with the disbanded VTuber agency Blast Project, debuting as part of its first generation. She mainly streams on Twitch.

On 31 March, Neru announced her departure from Blast Project, stating her intent to continue her activities as an independent VTuber.[3]

- From 2-3, 5-7 and 9-12 December 2024, Neru participated in the Vaultroom x Crazy Raccoon (VCR) GTA Season 3 event server, joining the paramedic team.[4] She also joined the "Gyau Cafe" (ぎゃうかふぇ, stylized "Gyau," but better known as the Gyaru cafe to English viewers) run by Arurandeisu as part-time cafe staff.
