Hatsuka Neru (二十日ネル) is a female Japanese VTuber formerly affiliated with the disbanded VTuber agency Blast Project, debuting as part of its first generation along with Raise Muto and Shira Azki. She mainly streams on Twitch.

2022[]
On 15 August, Neru held her debut stream on YouTube.[1]
2023[]
On 15 August, Neru celebrated her first anniversary.[3]
2024[]
On 20 February, Neru celebrated her second birthday and announced her commemmorative goods featuring artwork by her character designer, BEBE.[4]
On 31 March, she announced her departure from Blast Project, stating her intent to continue her activities as an independent VTuber.[5]
2025[]
On 13 August, Neru announced that she has signed up with the eSports organization Rakuten eSports for support, and also clarified that her activities remain unchanged since she was not becoming a member of the organization, and therefore remains independent.[6]
On 15 August, she celebrated her third anniversary.[7]

- From 2-3, 5-7 and 9-12 December 2024, Neru participated in the Vaultroom x Crazy Raccoon (VCR) GTA Season 3 event server, joining the paramedic team.[8] She also joined the "Gyau Cafe" (ぎゃうかふぇ, stylized "Gyau," but better known as the Gyaru cafe to English viewers) run by Arurandeisu as part-time cafe staff.
- From 18 June to 29 June 2025, she participated in the MADTOWN β (Beta) GTA event server organized by Crazy Raccoon, where she initially worked as a mechanic, before joining the WANTED gang led by Mondo.[9][10]
- From 1 October to 31 October 2025, she participated in the MADTOWN GTA event server organized by Crazy Raccoon, where she joined both the police force and the "Holy Mad Aries Church" led by Wakio.[11][12]

- Due to her great deal of familiarity with the police role and processes in STGR, she was chosen to be one of the support staff "NPC" to help the police players in the first edition of VCR GTA.
