Hatsuse (初濑 Chūlài) is a Chinese Virtual UP (bilibili content creator) from VirtuaReal nineteenth generation alongside Ameki, Michiya, and Awu.

She has white bangs with a couple black streaks and a white ahoge and purplish black pigtails, with a purple eye and a white eye-patch with a purple heart on it. She wears a black schoolgirl uniform with purple ribbon. She has purple with black striped hair ribbons and eyeballs as well as small bat wings sticking out of her twintails.

In deep wood lived a cute little bat named Hatsuse. She was born with the magical power of purification, and understands human speech, able to tell good from evil.
Although she is a bat, Hatsuse has nothing to do with vampires. She has no appetitie for human legs but chicken legs, not for blood but sweet drink. One night, the little bat came to the human street to look for food as usual. When he was eating happily, she suddenly bumped into a human and staggered. The chicken leg fell to the ground.
Hatsuse was dumbfounded, and was about to pour out her anger on the person, but found that this person had an apologetic face and a tired expression, with the words "good guy" glowing brightly above his head... The soft-hearted Hatsuse immediately ceased her anger. "Be careful next time." She had no choice but to squat down on the ground and look sadly at the chicken legs, now covered in dirt.
Hearing Hatsuse's heavenly voice refreshed the human. The human looked at the girl in front of them, and a brilliant plan unfolded in their hearts... "I have a way to let you buy more chicken legs, do you want to know?"

初濑目瞪口呆，正要把一腔怒火倾泻在来人头上，却发现这人满脸歉意、一副倦容，头上明晃晃地闪着“好人”两个大字……容易心软的初濑立马没了脾气。“下、下回小心啊。”她只好蹲在地上对着沾了灰的鸡腿黯然神伤。
初濑那仿若天籁般的声音传入耳，却让那个人类浑身一激灵。人类看着面前可爱的少女，心头突然展开了一张辉煌的蓝图……“我有一个方法可以让你买更多的鸡腿，你想知道吗？”
初濑看了看那人递来的印着“Virtuareal”字样的小纸片，又看了看那人头上不断闪烁的“好人”灯牌，风中凌乱地点了点头。
而等人类欢呼雀跃地走远后，初濑见四下无人，终于眼疾手快地把鸡腿捡了起来——说什么脏不脏的，她引以为傲的净化之力，不就是用在此刻的吗？[3]History[]

On 9 June 2023, Hatsuse debut as part of a debut relay of the nineteenth generation. She was the first in the relay.
