Henya's YouTube and Twitter accounts were created on 3 April 2023, while her Twitch channel was created on 4 April 2023. On 6 May, the VShojo Twitter account began releasing a series of animated teasers with the hashtag #IQ999.

On 10 May 2023, VShojo revealed Henya, scheduling a date for her debut. She made her initial tweet the same day, and posted her introductory lore video to YouTube.

On 13 May, Henya had her debut at 9PM PDT (14 May 1PM JST). Her stream took place on Twitch, and the recording was uploaded to YouTube. The stream reached a peak of 37,253 viewers.

On 14 May, Henya reached 60,000 Twitch followers. Later that day she also reached 60,000 YouTube subscribers.

2024

On 8 January, Henya announced a two-week holiday. Her next stream was scheduled for 26 January at 8am JST.

On 27 August, Henya announced a hiatus while recovering from COVID. She returned on 14 October.
