Hibiki Kayomi was a female Virtual YouTuber from Indonesia. She debuted on 25 May 2020, and graduated on 30 January 2022.^[1] She is operating independently.

She uploads new videos every Sunday. She aims to be an idol that can bring smiles to everyone’s faces.

She is mainly focusing on her cover songs, and sometimes she streams playing games. She has her own original songs too.

Personality[]

She is an energetic, warm and lively girl. She has an awesome voice and loves listening to J-Pop & rock songs. She is from Indonesia, but she uses English language for her main language because she wants to get in touch with everyone from around the world. She loves memes so much, especially for dad jokes or other cheap jokes and loves to laugh. Sometimes she uses a lot of local slang when interacting in social media or her livestream.

Hibiki wants to be a singer since she was a kid and she has a dream that she really wants to reach, which is to become an idol that can bring happiness and smiles to everyone's faces. She gives her fans a live request singing in her livestream video on her YouTube channel.

She has long, light pastel purple hair in twintails with light pink-purple eyes. She wears black lace up boots.

History[]

She debuted on 25 May 2020. Her channel was created on 5 March 2020. Her new Live2D model is released on 7 September 2021 (which is the same as her birthday).

Events[]

On 22 September 2021, LOKET's Twitter account announced that Hibiki along with other Indonesian VTubers would appear in "Virtual J-Fest."^[2]

Hibiki could singing and do cover song beautifully.

Hibiki has a fan club name, her fan club name is NyotGang which is short for "Now You're On Team Gang".
Sometimes she does a "Koplo / Dangdut" Cover Song from Japanese / Anime songs. Some fans call her "Virtual Biduan / Virtual Sinden".
Although her debut video aired on May 31th 2020, she launched 2 teasers video on May 25th 2020. The first teaser video was in English and the second teaser in Japanese .
Hibiki is easy to get caught by her emotions/cry easily. Sometimes she cried because of sad moments / touching moments suddenly appearing on her streams.
Hibiki loves to interact with many other local and international VTubers too.
Hibiki love singing and playing game so much. And usually she love to do workouts.
She loves checking her Twitter, TikTok and Instagram for 24 hours.
Hibiki's role models are Hoshino Mea & Domyoji Cocoa.
She has an official Discord Server for gathering her fans into her community. There are many other VTuber friends too joined her Discord Server.
Hibiki was involved in an International Collaboration with other VTubers around the world for playing Among Us together.
She is always up to date about viral things in Indonesia / other countries.
Hibiki also often gave some motivational quotes to her stream viewers and on the twitter
Hibiki has also been the MC (Master Ceremony) at the Quarantine Fest 2 "Times New Normal" event with Jaret Fajrianto from GHOSTY's Comic
