Himukai Kogane (日向こがね) was a Japanese virtual voice actress formerly affiliated with VOICE-ORE, debuting as a part of its first generation along with Shiratori Rena and Aoi Mizuki.

Kogane is a girl who originally liked anime and games, and she started her virtual voice acting career with the VOICE-ORE agency, aiming to become a star as a voice actress in order to help her family, which fell into poverty after her father disappeared.
Personality[]
Kogane has a sunny, optimistic personality that doesn't show a hint of her difficult family circumstances. Although she initially had a strong obsession with money, at some point this shifted to a keen interest in outer space.
She has a content creation style that utilizes both YouTube Shorts and livestreaming, and her streams are typically chatting, singing and gaming. She also makes clips on her own channel. She can play a wide range of games, but she specializes in Minecraft and Arknights.

She has long, golden blonde hair. Her eyes have golden yellow irises.
On her original design, her hair is arranged in a ponytail tied with a brown scrunchie, and she wears a six-pointed star shaped hair clip on the left side of her hair.

2021[]
On 26 February, Kogane held her debut livestream on YouTube.[2]
On 6 May, she did her first gaming stream, which was of Minecraft, and her Minecraft streams became amongst her most viewed content.
2024[]
On 24 May, VOICE-ORE announced that it would disband on 30 June. Kogane will keep the rights to her IP and continue as an independent VTuber.[3]
2025[]
On 26 February, Kogane celebrated her 4th anniversary.[4]
Retirement[]
On 2 April, she announced on Twitter[5] and confirmed in a talk stream[6] that she was ending her VTuber activities on 30 April. Her main reason was that she has found something else she wanted to do. After that, her Twitter will be set to private, while her Fanbox will be deleted. She clarified that her BOOTH store will be open until 20 May. As for her YouTube channel, her archived streams will remain public until 20 May, after which they will be private. Her cover songs will remain public.
