Ibuki Meno (伊吹めの) is an independent female English Virtual YouTuber.
Meno's first and main streaming language is English, but she also speaks Japanese at a communicative level. She also studies Chinese, Spanish and German.[1]
On her YouTube channel, she streams video games, ASMRs, language studies and free talks, as well as story and mystery streams involving the audience.
She debuted as member of the English Virtual YouTuber agency PRISM Project's 1st Generation "Cosmia", along with Hoshifuri Iku and Tokimori Aoi.

Personality[]
Meno's voice is very soft and quiet. She often stumbles when she speaks, and always refers to herself in the third-person. Her English can be difficult to understand at times, but she tries her hardest.
She is a very shy person. During her collabs with other PRISM members, she doesn't speak when she doesn't need to. However, she still remains kind to others. She is cheerful, kind-hearted.
Meno loves collecting and talking about shiny things, especially shiny rocks.
Appearance[]
Her appearance is of a small humanoid mecha dragon. She wears a silver metallic coat with a circuit board pattern on it. On her neck, there is a small black bowline. She wears a short grey skirt that is fastened with a grey belt. She also wears white tights and black boots. Her belly button is exposed. On her back, she has a large metallic tail, that she can detach at any moment.
She has dark purple eyes with electronic accents on them. She has very long grey hair that reaches below the knees. On top of her head, she has a pair of light blue holographic horns.

Just like the rest of the PRISM Project members, Meno Ibuki is a special agent from the year 2120, which has been sent back to the past to prevent the threat of humans losing interest and passion for others.

Meno has tweeted her first tweet on 12 January 2021.[3]
She unveiled her 2D model the following day.[4]
On 20 January, she posted her first post on Reddit, on the r/VirtualYoutubers subreddit.[5]
She debuted on 31 January on YouTube.[6]
2021[]
On 2 February, she has streamed her first video game stream. Her first played game on her channel was Genshin Impact.[7]
On 10 April, she celebrated her monetization by doing her first karaoke stream.[8]
2022[]
On 30 January, Meno celebrated her one year annivesary.[9]
On 20 July, PRISM Project's Twitter account announced that Meno would be taking a short break to recover due to testing positive for COVID-19.[10]
On 5 August, she returned to her streaming activities.[11]
On 14 August, Meno unlocked the membership feature of her YouTube channel.[12]
2023[]
On 23 March, PRISM Project announced that all three members of its first generation would be getting new outfits.[13]
On 3 September, Meno debuted her second outfit.[14]
Events[]
- For the third month anniversary of Generation 1 of PRISM Project, Meno and her genmates, Iku and Aoi, hosted the "PRISM no Museum" project. For this project, the PRISMers could submit artwork of the PRISM 1st Generation with the theme of the PRISM Project logo so that their work could later appear in a "Mirai no Museum" cover music video.[15][16] The cover music video was released on 1 May 2021. It is also the first cover video, in which Meno has participated.

- Meno shares the same character designer, Siraga, with Shiroa Nekoma, Yumemiya Alice, Boushiya Elle, and Nekoda Pepero.
- Her official height is 148 cm. However, in her debut stream, she explains that this measurement was taken from the end of her tail to the tip of her horns, in order to maximize the number. Considering the size of Meno's tail, this would make her vertical height roughly 120cm; under 4 feet.
