Idea

Idea Project, also known as simply "Idea" (Идея), is a virtual streaming agency based in Russia and the CIS regions. As of June 2024, the agency's staff comprises 12 individuals: 6 Vtubers, 5 artists, and a head.

The company was founded in 2023 by Tamerlan Gadzhiyev, an IT and cybersecurity engineer, with the goal of establishing a significant and reputable agency in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). The company is dedicated to the growth of Vtubers and provides financial assistance, as well as advertising services, management, and opportunities for them to enhance their visibility and expertise, in addition to providing a welcoming platform for their growth.

Origin[]

The Idea agency was established on September 2, 2023, by Tamerlan. On that same day, an audition and interview process were announced. The formation of the team was a lengthy process, involving a thorough filtering and selection process. Until December 17th, 2023, the VTuber staff of the agency was not yet fully established and was undergoing constant changes.

2023[]

On September 2, The VKontakte community was created.
On November 22, Alexa joined the project as a neuro-artist.
On December 17, Katsumi Hori joined the project.

2024[]

On January 21, Darya Sagi joined the project.
On January 27, Katsumi Hori fully debuted as a vtuber.
On January 28, Tressa Ri joined the project.
On February 2, Darya Sagi had her full 3D debut.
On February 4, Mizumi Tanuki joined the project.
On February 16, Pina joined the project as an artist.
On February 17, Moki Mioki joined the project as an artist.

On March 4, the agency launched^[1] a giveaway of 5 copies of the game Atomic Heart. This event was covered in the VK Play Live community^[2], and the stream was hosted by Tressa, who had not yet debuted at that time. Initially, it was planned to give away only 3 different copies of the game, but during the stream, 2 additional Gold Editions of the game were also given away.

On March 5, Axilissa joined the project.
On March 19, Kensai joined the project as an artist.
On April 2, Wurst joined the project as an artist.
On April 4, Kinza joined the project as an artist.

On April 6, the agency launched a giveaway of 8 copies of the domestic game "Smuta". The live stream was hosted by Katsumi and Tressa. As with the previous giveaway, 4 additional copies of the game were given away, while initially only 4 were planned to be gifted.

On April 11, Ditoshey joined the project.
On April 15, Axilissa had her PNG re-debut.
On April 28, Tressa Ri had her full debut.
On May 9, The agency launched a news community as one of its branches.
On May 25, Mizumi Tanuki had her full debut.

On May 29, the agency officially announced charity streams^[3] to be held on June 1, in honor of International Children's Day, in collaboration with the 'Art of Being Nearby' Charitable Foundation^[4]. On June 1, the entire VTuber roster of the project conducted charity streams, and all donations collected on that day were transferred^[5] to the Foundation.

On June 30, the agency announced^[6] an unusual collaboration with the game "Repair This!"^[7]. On the same day, they shared details of the collaboration with the game. The developers added interesting and funny references to the agency in the game, and one of them, Ditoshey, even became a full-fledged game character. This is the first case when Russian-speaking VTubers appear in a game that is not related to VTubing at all.

On August 5, digital artist Kensai left the agency

Currently, recruitment for the agency is closed, and the administration has announced that they do not plan to open it in the near future.

Creative Department[]

The agency's Creative Department provides a variety of services for both project participants and external clients. The artists who are part of the agency create various graphic materials such as arts, emotes, and models, not only for their fellow VTuber colleagues but also help each other within the creative team.

Moreover, the services of the "Idea" Creative Department are available to anyone who is not a project participant. To use these services, one simply needs to place an order through the agency's official community.

Interesting Facts and Events[]

Recruitment for the project was opened on the same day the Agency's VK community was launched, which was September 2, 2023.
There were other participants in the VTuber lineup, but they quickly left the collective.
Alexa, like many other members of the creative department, also plans to start her VTuber activities.
On March 19, the agency launched a giveaway^[8] of a chibi model with rigging, which was "produced"^[9] by Idea itself.
The agency actively collaborates with domestic developers and companies in the CIS territory and participates in many events. For example: participation in Igroprom, collaboration with Targem Games, participation in DemoFest, and others.
The entire VTuber lineup and the founder received certificates^[10] and letters of appreciation from CF "Art of Being Nearby".
On June 30, the agency collaborated with "Repair This!", marking the first appearance of CIS VTubers in a non-VTubing related game.
