Ilie Tou (入江燈) is a Live2D rigger most known for his works on various hololive talents. As a self-described "internet drawing geek," his activity as a Virtual YouTuber consists of drawing streams, playing games with friends and sometimes making tutorial videos.

Appearance[]
Tou has short light blonde hair with pink underneath and light purple eyes. They have a yellow schoolgirl uniform with blue collar and crossed black straps on the neck with a pink overall cover that has a yellow chick and Piyo written above it.

Tou created his Twitter account on 9 February 2019 - announcing his birth[1] - and YouTube account on 10 February 2019, where he immediately uploaded a self-introduction video showing off his self-made Live2D rigging.[2]
2019[]
On 24 July, he started a series where he'd design and rig a Live2D character on stream.[3]
On 20 August, he finalized his Live2D project. The model was put on sale "in search of a soul."[4] It's later used by the VTuber Mikahara Miku.
On 11 October, he announced his first official character and Live2D design commission for Lily Athanasia,[5] who later made her VTuber debut on 26 October.
On 23 November, Tou announced his work on the Live2D rigging for Nakiri Ayame's second costume,[6] marking the start of a long working relationship with hololive production for years to come.
